4 /5 Ronnie Pearson: Overall experience is a 4. The food is good but not amazing. We had the burrito tacos and the beef chimichanga. The birria tacos are better than most Ive had and dont have the cinnamon flavor. I dont care for the cinnamon flavor so this is a win for me. The wife liked hers but she likes hers crispy and it was not. But of course the place was packed and we had decent service and the place is nice inside.

4 /5 Galveston’s Ms. Shell: We stopped here for lunch after kayaking at the Texas City Dike all morning. Pretty standard Tex-Mex fare, but the service was great, and the vibe was chill. We sat at the bar (which does allow smoking just so you are aware), to watch the Euro Cup soccer game. The service was great, and the beer was cold. I had the shrimp fajitas and my boyfriend had the fish tacos. The covered parking was a nice perk because the truck was still pretty cool by the time we were finished.

5 /5 Ramiro Baltazar: Guys I am sooooo sorry , I put a two star review the other day but it was a total accident , my phone was acting up, the service was great! Kassandra the bartender was so friendly and very attentive to my order. The manager Marilou was also actually hands on trying to make sure everyone including me , that was being tended to when it came to our order. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone . The drinks are actually very good and the food is very well prepared. To the owner and the staff, thank you so much for the wonderful experience. You have a forever customer.

1 /5 Theophilus Fontenot: Everything started out well, then we were seated. Our table was placed under a vent that dripped on us. We requested another table. We then ordered dtinks, two of the 7 came wrong. Had them replaced and they came wrong again. We moved on. Third set of drinks, one had food in the drink the other had hair. The server saw what was a long straight Hair that our server said could have came from the cook. Manager said no, it is a black hair, which it was not. I will never visit this place again, over a 5 dollar drink, you lost a customer and now have bad word of mouth. Our server paid for the drink and we reimbursed her thru her tip. Check was astound $157 would have been $152. We were charged tip on ticket, but still left more for our server. Yasmin the manager made a bad customer service decision that cost her nothing, but cost the owner a patron. Continue to make these type decisions because your staff are making mistakes and see your doors close. Profit margins for restaurants are slim, keep it up.

1 /5 Zoey: Tried Terreza restaurant for the first time.. Im very disappointed and do not recommend. The staff werent very nice, service was bad, waited an hour for food and most of it showed up cold. The green salsa was good, the barria tacos and charro beans were the only things hot, those were good. Everything else we couldnt eat because it was cold. My mom and I order combination plates the taco that came with it came out before the appetizer. The appetizer we ordered was "queso loco" its 15$ expected queso with fajita meat in it, instead got fajita meat with veggies and some shredded cheese on top. It was solid would need a knife to eat it. Besides our table of 4 adults and a child there were 2 tables of 2 and a large table of about 7 people. Didnt seem that busy to have such bad service. My mom never received the guacamole she ordered. Our kids meal was served last. Over all we will not be back so just wanted to warn anyone that was thinking of going. Did talk to the manager after asking twice, he offered 50% off.. FOR COLD food?? He then said we could just have it free if we didnt want to eat it so we said ok and went somewhere else.
