5 /5 Tejash Patel: We went to Cheesecake Factory to have the birthday dinner for my daughter and this place was fully busy on a Friday evening, we had to wait for 45 minutes. But the wait was worth. We enjoyed our drinks, main course and the Cheesecakes. It was an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

I review and give big appreciation to exceptional customer service and today Sammy the Manager God Send allowed me to use my birthday cheescake free bday slice. Another manager at a prior location told me it was good for the month. However being informed by Sammy, I was told that was incorrect, my wife had a bday gift for 6 weeks my Bday was dec3rd it was only good foe 7 days. That sucks!! Cheesecake factory you should look into possibly extending those good customers the month why not? Anyway, Sammy The God! still honored my coupon. Im going i to the NEW YEAR, still happy to be spending my tine money and famiky with this brand! Thank you happy new year and im definitely greatful. 4 /5 Hiba Siddiqui: The atmosphere and vibe here are always unmatched, I love the unique decor. The food is pretty pricey, and I wouldnt exactly say the price is reflected in the taste. However, the cheescake earned an extra star for food for me. Drinks here are really good, especially the virgin ones. Serving sizes here are always generous! Service ranges, sometimes I have servers that dont necessarily stand out or provide extraordinary customer service. Other times, my server is the nicest person Ive ever met. The food here doesnt particularly reheat well either, which is unfortunate since their generous portion sizes often lead to leftovers. However, the cheescake refrigerates very well! One issue I had specifically was with the chicken pot stickers, which were around $17, and they ended up being my least favorite thing that I ordered that night. Crab Rangoon was pretty good!

4 /5 yoR sivaD: This has always been one of those places where we value as a special occasion place. It’s been good and has not disappointed. The menu has always been overwhelming which is probably the one negative but the selection allows almost everyone to find something they like. Although their cheesecake are good my favorite is the chocolate cake. This time it was my wife’s birthday and the server gave her a little hot fudge sundae. For dinner I had an omelette which was good . It is still one of our favorites.
