5 /5 Natalie Chalico: 5 stars all around for The Palm! We had our annual friendmas dinner here tonight. We ordered a variety things. Starting off strong with some refreshments, the palm margarita, so delicious and refreshing! 10/10 if you like tequila. My friends got some wine and a whisky drink! For appetizers we ordered some oysters and calamari. The calamari was absolutely delicious, so much flavor in every single bite and the accompanying sauces just elevated the flavors in every way. Now the oysters, I am very particular about my oysters and these were so fresh. I was impressed. For entrees and side dishes we did the shrimp sauté, lamb t bones, Three-Cheese Au Gratin Potatoes, Crisp Brussels Sprouts, Lobster Macaroni & Cheese. Our favorites were the lobster Mac and cheese and the brussel sprouts they were amazing. I could have it eaten just then and been satisfied. Now for the service, I am not sure I have ever been to a restaurant in downtown Houston with better service than this! High class, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable staff in every area. Our server Jesse James, thank you for making our dinner special and making the best suggestions off of the menu! You were incredible. To the chef, Robert, every single thing brought out to us was exceptionally and magnificently and most importantly deliciously prepared! And to the front host Daniel D., thank you for taking our instagram worthy pictures and suggesting the best spots for photography! We had an incredible time! And to end the night we had the most delicious tiramisu, so creamy and delicious! Thank you The Palm for an incredible experience!
