Biryani House - Pearland

Rating: 4.7 /5
Alexandria Galvan What an amazing experience! I walked into this quaint little Indian restaurant and was warmly greeting by a cashier named Devyani. The food was delicious. I started with the Lamb Samosa, and the Pani Poori. Both were so crispy and flavorful. For main courses I tried the Chicken sheek Kabab, Chicken Madras, Cheese Naan, and House Dum Biryani. Wow did I put away some food! 5 stars cant wait to visit again.

Gilberts Restaurant - Van Horn

Rating: 4.3 /5
Steve Shimonek We stopped at Gilberts in Van Horn Tx for lunch while passing through and were quite pleased. I had the red flat enchiladas and my wife had chicken flats. Both were EXCELLENT. The house made salsa was some of the best Ive ever had, and the service was great.i highly recommend this place.

Monarca Baja Kitchen - Brownsville

Rating: 4.7 /5
Cristobal Delgado We came here for our anniversary dinner, and everything about the experience was excellent. The food was absolutely amazing — I had the best steak I’ve ever had, and the blue corn sopes with pork belly were incredible. The service was outstanding as well, attentive without being overbearing. We had a Wednesday evening reservation, and it was a slow night, so we actually ended up being the only table there. While that might be a deal breaker for some, for us it made the evening even more intimate and special. Everything from the quiet atmosphere to the perfectly cooked dishes made for a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Texas Honey Ham Company Georgetown - Georgetown

Rating: 4.4 /5
Taylor Paul We tried Texas Honey Ham Co for the first time on Saturday for an early lunch! There was plenty of seating and only a few people in line at 10:30 am. We had a friendly greeting at the door and since it was our first time, they explained how one counter was for ordering from the restaurant, and another for ordering their meats to go. The person who took our order was also very friendly and patient with my kids. He even asked them which cookie they wanted from the display case and they got to choose (the biggest one of course!) The food was quick and all tasted great! We got the bacon sandwich with avocado added, a breakfast taco, 2 pancakes and the power bowl. The pancakes were way bigger than expected, and that especially excited my daughter! Our server came by and offered us an extra pigs in a blanket that they had made, for free! That was so sweet! We will be back to try more in the future!

Spicoli’s Beach Bar - Brookeland

Rating: 4.5 /5
Lizzie T We had a great time here. We lounged at the "beach" drank our drinks and had some food when we got hungry. We had the combo plate, fish and shrimp and it was served hot and seasoned well. Is it expensive for what you get, of course but so is everywhere else. You come for the atmosphere and to relax and unwind. We enjoyed ourselves and came back and went boating. I do wish they were open labor day. It would have been a real money maker for those boating to dock at the marina, grab a bite and continue boating. But we will definitely be back when they are open.

Rollies BBQ - Alice

Brandon Hawkins Stopped in for some BBQ while in town from Oregon. Glad I did! The brisket and sausage was awesome! Friendly staff and great atmosphere too. I’ll be back next time!
