Priscilla A. Kinkle My daughter treated me to lunch at Alpine Haus Restaurant in New Braunfels, Texas. She has dined here many times with friends. Our meals were outstanding! I had the grilled chicken salad, my daughter had the Schnitzel Sandwich lunch special. The mushroom soup and marbled rye bread was delicious! I asked for a second basket of the rye bread! The service was quick and excellent. Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant and we will be returning!

Asia is an amazing server and one of the most friendliest and kindest servers I have had in a long time, it made the experience that much more enjoyable. James A Cullum’s Attaboy will surprise you in the best of ways. First of all, it’s hidden away. We had a reservation, and our GPS took us to the address, but we still managed to walk past it. Normally, I would consider this a negative, but with Cullum’s Attaboy, it makes you feel like you’ve discovered a secret spot and it gives you the feeling of dining exclusivity. This feeling is appropriate because when you first walk in the door, it’s immediately apparent that you have found a hidden gem. The kitchen is open and your eyes go straight to the French style chefs meticulously crafting delicious looking brunch masterpieces. If you aren’t hungry when you first get there, the aromas wafting from the kitchen and filling the restaurant will instantly put you in the mood to order one of everything on the menu. Before you order anything, get the mimosa. Sounds simple and plain, but they are known for their mimosas and just one sip will tell you why. Best mimosa I have ever had! A photo is worth a thousand words, and in this case, the flavors of the brunch dishes we had are best described looking at the photos. Everything was SO good! We sat at the counter overlooking the kitchen and conversed with the chef as we ate, who despite being busy, was more than happy to explain to us how they made their food taste so exceptional. They were awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand, and after trying their food, it’s easy to see why. Look for them to get a star in the near future. Truly, one of the most memorable and delectable brunch experiences!

Erica Guerrero My husband and I love this place. Great service, great taste and the price is fair for the amount of food you receive. My husband and I shared hush puppies, The Reel Catch and got crab legs, New Zealand mussels, shrimp with no head with the old bay spicy sauce. It is spicy. Would definitely recommend for a seafood lover!

Bill Tautges Called on Christmas Eve. They said come on, well have your table ready when you get here and they did. Food was amazing, service was good (I think she was new but did well), atmosphere great. All this even though they were about to close. Never felt rushed, even though we did. Amazing experience.
