1 /5 Customer Service Audit: I had really high hopes for this place, I drove past it for years and saw it almost every week. I finally have some time to stop by and drive AN HOUR out of my way and before I even get my burger I’m greeted with an almost 25 min wait for the food.
I finally get the food after nearly 30 mins, pay by card, and the machine “isn’t working”. More time.
Let me be the first to say….these burgers should come with a cardiac bypass, they’re that greasy.
I’d honestly be a little more forgiving if the food that I waited nearly 30 mins for wasn’t missing one of the advertised things it comes with and wasn’t soggy from sitting before I actually got it. Icing on the cake….no straw for the drink. The fries were mediocre, greasier than the burger.
I get you may be busy, but why prioritize the people who came in to SIT and eat over those who go through the drive through cause they want to get home? Why even have a drive through at that point.
I’ll give this place another shot in a few months, maybe then I’ll change this review but I was thoroughly disappointed by the “positive” reviews this place has.
