5 /5 Terra Pierantoni: My husband and I aren’t from the area, but wish we were because of Willie’s! AMAZING! The food and drinks were great, but the best thing about our visit was the service! Latasha was our server and she was fantastic, always checking on us and even giving us some recommendations when we asked her about other local places. The manager, Cliff, also amazing - even offering us some free goodies for it being our first time there. Overall, this place and the servers were the literal definition of southern hospitality! Will definitely be back if we visit the area again!!

5 /5 Hope jr Lee “Knowl Edge”: It was our first time at Willies the service was amazing what food was amazing. The manager brought us a basket of onion as a token of appreciation for being a first-time customer. This will not be the last time we go there we are now. Now hooked turn on Amazing food and ambience. Side note the coleslaw needs work.

5 /5 Hugh Fristoe: This place has a great atmosphere with really good outdoor seating options. The service was great, too. Brentnie took great care of us. The way you order food and then go to a table where you then receive table service is a little different, but its fine. I will say that the food wasnt stellar. It wasnt bad. But it wasnt my favorite meal on this trip to Houston. Good, pub kind of food, I guess. The burger with brisket was good. The fries were alright, and the wings I just would never order again.

5 /5 Chyna doll: I enjoyed finally getting to stop by and dine in. The food was even better than what I received when ordering delivery. I am a crab lover! And the grilled blue crabs were grilled to perfection. Along with the grilled oysters. Everything was fresh the oysters were not Chewy. Me and my family will be back again.

From the moment we sat down, the service was absolutely top-tier. Maya and Brentine were phenomenal. Attentive, friendly, locked in, and moving with purpose. They didn’t just “check on the table,” they were on it. Drinks refilled, food delivered hot and fast, and every request handled like it actually mattered. And Jordan deserves a special shoutout too. Amazing energy, professional, calm, and kind. You can tell when someone actually enjoys taking care of people, and Jordan made that crystal clear. Now here’s the part that really sealed it for me. My son got sick and threw up… and not a little bit. We’re talking full parent nightmare mode. Instead of making us feel embarrassed or rushed, the staff immediately reassured us and said, “It’s okay.” No attitude. No awkwardness. Just compassion. They jumped into action, helped us out, and made sure we were comfortable. That alone says everything about the culture of this place. The food was on point. Fresh, hot, flavorful, and exactly how you want it when you come to an icehouse. Not one miss on the table. Everything came out right, and it came out fast. What really stood out was how the team ran to the table. Not walked. Not dragged. They hustled because they cared. That kind of effort can’t be faked, and it definitely can’t be taught overnight. This place made my entire day better. Life happens, kids happen, messes happen, and the way Willie Icehouse handled it showed real class. If you’re in Pearland and wondering where to eat, stop wondering. Come here. Huge respect to the entire staff, especially Maya, Brentine, and Jordan. Y’all are amazing, and this is exactly how service is supposed to feel. We’ll absolutely be back.
