patrick omohundro Highly recommend! Food is delicious, reminds me of home in El Paso. I had the gorditas deschebrada my wife had pollo and we shared, everything was very delicious! Would definitely come again for a taste of home.

K The servers are amazing and cheerful. Quality of food is always on point. The atmosphere is great- I love the mom & pop feeling. It’s a family style buffet. Our favorite sides are corn and masked potatoes. The main course is all tasty! Our preference is catfish and fried chicken It’s a must if you are ever in the Garland area.

Iasia The food here is great & the receptionist/cashier was extremely nice! I drove 40 mins just to come try it out and definitely plan to start coming on the weekends! I order the chicken wing boil box 10/10 (lemon pepper and hot honey lemon pepper - I asked for the wings to be separated from the boil) and the Soul 4 Real egg rolls 8/10! Can’t wait to try more!

Eleanor Kimmell Service was great! I have a 5 year old autistic non-verbal son we were able to get a booth and they had his simple favorites like chocolate milk and pizza. I had the chicken parmesan and it was great. We also had the fried mozzarella sticks and the spinach artichoke dip and both of those were amazing. I just now realized I did not take pictures of my husbands dish which was steak and blue cheese alfredo.

Gabriel Carrington When I say hands down this was the best and I mean best restaurant I went to in a very long time with the most wonderful customer service I have experienced in a long time. Not only that the food was amazing like very good. I got full quickly but the omelette was amazing so I couldn’t really start on my pancakes I took them home. My daughter and son both really enjoyed their food as well. 10 out of the 10. Definitely would go again and recommend.

John Houston Sing and dance the night away. Great fun, nice and friendly clientele. If you enjoy signing or listening to music you want be disappointed. English or Vietnamese songs are preformed there. I go regularly and enjoy, also the staff is friendly and helpful

Erika Umana, Realtor I went in to JJ’s cafe in Garland for a to go order and while I waited the waitress that help me out was nice and kind to offer me some coffee really appreciated that thank you. I didn’t get her name in person but the ticket says Leslie. The food was amazing loved the tres leches pancakes coming from someone that doesn’t really eat pancakes like that but those I can. The red chilaquiles had a really good taste to them and just the right spice as well.

John Salazar Dont be fooled by all the high maintenance Karens complaining about this dallas original. The food is always good, the staff is indeed friendly, and the prices are reasonable. My friends, family and I have been enjoying this establishment for over 20 years. The food is very good, and consistent. Their pies are always on point. Their chili is awesome. Their cfs is classic! Normas is a Dallas original.

Carolyn Gara Had lunch at the Garland location today. The food was, as always, excellent but our waiter, Brandon, made our experience that much better. Really knew the menu, made sure we were happy with our selections and kept a good eye out for if we needed anything. I think a good server makes all the difference!. Thank you, Brandon!

Ray Excelente place for a delicious burger and fries! First time here so Im not familiar with any other menu items but Ill definitely consider stopping by again when hungry for a good burger and I find myself in the area. Very friendly atmosphere, pool table and slot machines available for extra entertainment.

R Canatella We tried this place for dinner one evening and we were greeted as soon as we entered and seated right away. Our server Stella came and got our drink orders and asked if we had any questions about the menu. Upon the return of Stella our server we ordered the Catfish Basket and we also ordered Steamed Oysters. We also ordered some boiled Smoked Sausage, Boiled Potatoes and Eggs. The Catfish was cooked to perfection, very flakey and not over fried. The Steamed Oysters which got with Cajun Medium were delicious, we ordered the Oysters lightly steamed which was perfect for us. The Potatoes, Eggs and Sausage was very tasty and cannot wait to return for more. Stella was very attentive and helpful. They have a great Happy Hour and we found the restaurant very clean as were the restrooms.

Erica I This is my 2nd time at Mila’s Tacos and I absolutely love it!! The customer service is amazing and the tacos are even more amazing. I’m definitely going to be a regular here and I highly recommend.

Robert Patterson Food is amazing here. They start your meal off with the regular chips and salsa but then thenserve up this freshly made corn tortilla and its really good with butter and a pinch of salt and I hate corn tortillas. So yeah check this place out you will love it.

qlv assoc Located in Garland, Texas. A typical family-run restaurant with central Vietnam flavored. We went for plates to share with each others. Good preparations with right portions. Not too long wait time after ordering. The spring roll is so-so. Other plates are typical of central region. The seared grounded pork is very good.
