Applebees Grill + Bar - (Near Kennewick, WA)

1 /5 Chelsea McQueen: I came here with my mom, kids, and a friend of my daughter. We were seated immediately, which was nice. The hostess was pretty rude tho, and acted like she was being inconvenienced seating us. Once we were seated, we waited 20 min for someone to come over to take our order. While we were waiting, we saw two waitresses pointing at our table and talking, but no one came over. Once we finally got our order, we waited almost 30 minutes to get our food and drinks. The pasta dish my daughter got (picture attached) was obviously sat under a heat lamp for a while. It was congealed, dried out, and basically inedible. I got an appetizer trio (special promotion), and the only thing not overcooked on it was the onion rings. All in all, the food was inedible and disgusting. Would rather take my business somewhere who actually cares about their customers.

1 /5 Christa Jolley: 2 & 1/2 hours after placing order, it was finally deliveredadter Applebees teeminating our initial order. They allowed us to put in a other order. The fettuccine chicken pasta had hardly any sauce and the pasta was real dry. We ordered 2 sugar free ice teas. We dont know what we got and it was extremely sweet. Being diabetic, I could not drink mine.

1 /5 Jon Hodge: Service started out well greated as soon as we walked in by staff were told the wait time and got o to the list. Little did we know that would be the end of any good service we woukd get. Our server Heaven g made it very clear that she had no desire to be there giving us the worst service I have ever had. After taking our orders for drinks she came back about 5 mins later with them. She proceded to set them on the edge of the table calling out what they were but just putting them down not handing them to the people that ordered them. She then took our food order and checked in from time to time on us. The appetizers came out at an hour and 10 mins after ordering again standing at the end of the table and having us pass the orders out to the people that ordered them. I could understand this if we were a large group at a big table but we were only a group of 6 at a normal size table. Our dinners finally arrived at 37 mins after appetizers, again calling out orders to be passed out getting louder at us if we didnt respond to what she called the item. Now I understand that sometimes kitchens get busy and food can take a while and have no issues with that. However got clued in something was going on when a table across from us ordered 30 mins after us with similar items and got food 20 mins before we did. Upon tasting our food all of our items were cold clearly having sat for a while. To top it off she forgot to put in for two peoples food so they had to ask about their dinners and wait even longer for their food to show up. . As we had ordered appetizers there were plates in the way that had to be cleared to make room for dinner plates. I picked up mine so the entre could be set down handing it to her to take she looked at it and walked away leaving me holding it. I ended up having to put it on the corner behind me so I could eat. Overall the food came out cold and could not be enjoyed the server was a waste of time I would have rather used the on table digital order device and probably would have gotten better food. Dont waste your time going here you will be disappointed I would recommend other restaurants nearby that seem to always do better than this.
