Black Angus Steakhouse - (Near Vancouver, WA)

M We left full and completely satisfied! We made our reservation about two months in advance to make sure we’d get a table since it was our first visit. They seated us with a beautiful ocean view, just as we requested. The weather didn’t cooperate that day, but we still appreciated getting the view we asked for. The food was amazing. We ordered the calamari, potato leek soup, prime rib, clam and mussel linguine, fisherman’s stew, margarita, and mule. The prime rib was perfectly seasoned—thick, tender, and cooked exactly as requested (we ordered it rare because most places overcook it). It was much tastier than many other restaurants weve had it at. The linguine was delicious, and the bread was perfectly toasted and seasoned, pasta was flawless. They provided wet napkins and a bowl for shells, which made enjoying the seafood easy. The fisherman’s stew was decent—thicker and more tomato-forward, but still good. The calamari was expertly cooked, and the sauce it came with was excellent. The potato leek soup, though, was phenomenal! Service was great from start to finish. We’ll definitely return the next time we’re in the area!

Mythos The Bear The food here is great- Ive driven past many times, but never been in. I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered the bangers and mash - the whiskey gravy is amazing and I got a small cup to go. Cant wait to go back and try the shepards pie.

Em T we love it here! We usually go every pay day and its such a shame that we never see anyone here. the food is amazing! the sushi is extremely fresh, beautiful and really really good! Ive never been disappointed and the korean lady at the front is always smiling and is so friendly. If you go there enough, like we do, she remembers you! Get the 911 roll, or the shrimp tempura roll (as pictured) its amazing!

Jake Warm and inviting atmosphere. Its a very cozy place! The prices werent exorbitant or outrageous. My son and his wife hosted their wedding rehearsal dinner in the banquet room and the staff was exceptional. The food was fantastically flavorful and it came in a large portion.

Keith Spring First time in, this morning. It seems very popular. We waited an hour to be seated. I did not have the bacon and eggs. Instead I had Papas Pastores. Very tasty! It was a fun spot to have breakfast!

Ron Micjan A must do for sushi fans if you are in Port Townsend. Great service from really nice people. The tempura onion rings are the best I have ever had, no contest. The sushi is fresh and tasty but dont miss the steak and pork tenderloin options either. Nothing but good things to say about Ichikawa. Edit: and still the best around years later. Sep2025
