Bruchis Cheesesteaks & Burgers - (Near Cheney, WA)

1 /5 Marissa Painter: The guy cooking the food dropped his cooking utensil on the ground and kept cooking with it while preparing my food. I asked for them to put mustard on and the cook said the the other employee “they can put it on themselves”. This was my first time here not a good experience. It also looks like dog food and the bread was soggy.

1 /5 ReaperShots: Our dining experience started with the cashier typing into her iPad without any personal contact at all. No “Hello,” or “What can I get for you.” I ordered a chicken supreme with extra chicken and cheese. In the past, this sandwich was a monster, dripping with goodness. I got home and picked up the wrapped 12 inch and noticed a disappointing lack of girth. Upon unwrapping, the sandwich was bone dry on either side of the bread, much less fixings than a regular supreme, and not even close to extra anything.

1 /5 Ryan B: I absolutely love Bruchis. I have been a customer for over 20 years and always get a sandwich when I am in town since they dont have them where I live. Lately I have been going to the Cheney location. During the summer the flies were horrible and the bathrooms were super dirty. This past week I went there and they used a dish with meat already in it to weigh out my meat. They threw it on a dirty grill that hadnt looked like it had been cleaned in days with burnt food surrounding it. He had gloves on but the same hand he touched the gloves with, he touched other food like pineapple and mushrooms which cross contaminated everything. He then cooked my food on the dirty grill.

1 /5 Wyatt Kelly: This is the only Bruchis in the Spokane area I will go to anymore because I am never acknowledged by the employees when I walk in. Unfortunately, this Bruchis has joined the rest of them and I no longer am greeted by employees when I enter, and my entire interaction involves absolutely zero customer service. The only words said to me were, "What can I get you?" And, "Wyatt!" When my order was done. It seems customer service is a thing of the past and I hope this store can bring it back. Not to mention it took literally 28 minutes to receive my order with only 2 people in the restaurant. Not to mention the paper they wrap the sandwiches in was so soaked and soggy with grease that the paper was falling apart all over the sandwiches. Edit: Forgot to mention the medium size fry was served with about 1/4 of the bag filled.
