Hudsons Bar and Grill - (Near Vancouver, WA)

Earl Gooding Saffron Mediterranean Kitchen is one of our favorite restaurants. My wife and I dine here frequently, and I can genuinely say we have enjoyed every single meal. The quality and flavors are consistently superb, as well as the great cocktails. Our experience last night was no exception. The service was wonderful; our server was perfectly attentive without being intrusive. The food was divine, as always. We started with the Buñuelos des Pescado (halibut fritters), which were incredible. For my entree, the Méchoui Chicken was perfectly prepared, with a taste that was delightfully and authentically Mediterranean. I highly recommend Saffron for authentic, high-quality Mediterranean food matched with excellent service. We already look forward to our next visit!

Stu Chumney One word - PHENOMENAL!! Appetizers to desert this place is FABULOUS. We have been traveling for 2 weeks and this is the best place we have been to. All dishes were so fresh and had so much flavor. Cajun shrimp were amazing. Entrees were spectacular. Deserts were excellent. Highly recommend. A++

Jess Senires This is one of THE BEST restaurants in Seattle. Not only is the service stellar, their food is out of this world. Thai/Asian fusion truly at its best. The Siam lettuce cups with sea bass are flavor packed with delicate fish and a bit of heat that delight the senses and make you sit up in your seat. We opted to share the sea bass cha ca was incredible. Sea bass is marinated and done to perfection. The herbs and noodles perfectly complement the fish. It has to be one of the best items on the menu. For dessert it was the chocolate mousse. Decadent and not overly rich it was the perfect ending to the meal. There are lots of GF options and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Definitely get reservations as this place is packed every time we go.

Alida Hansell Great food and service. I would recommend making a reservation. It is a smaller restaurant. We had the Christmas three course meal. The crab stuffed mahi mahi and rockfeller oysters were are favorite but all the food was delicious. The cocktails are tasty and the service goes above and beyond. The wine list is great. So many options. We had savion blanc with our meal. It paired perfectly. We recommend trying this restaurant.

Noriko Carnes Exquisite dining experience a must done here when in the Des Moines area of Seattle. The sun was setting and made for an amazing time! Food and service is outstanding! I had a stater salmon plate with a salad. Clam chowder was better than Monterey! I ended the evening with the sorbet with huckleberry. Wow!!

Chris Neel Zesta Cucina is a gem in Yakima! From the moment we walked in, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The ambience is inviting, and the staff—both hostesses and servers—were genuinely friendly and encouraging. We tried a variety of dishes and everything was spot-on. My wife and I split a summer salad with fresh strawberries and blueberries—light, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. We also ordered their signature bread, which has a small charge ($2.25) but was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious. Our daughter described her chopped salad as protein-packed, light, and refreshing. Our son’s Alaskan halibut was tender and flavorful. Our grandson loved his zippy noodles (kids menu) with Parmesan, broccoli, and mandarin oranges—he cleaned his plate! Overall, Zesta Cucina combines great food, great service, and a great vibe. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in town.
