Jack in the Box - (Near Prosser, WA)

5 /5 chevyboi ceo: Great burger! I like this place out of most of them… Hit much needed spot. Soda was perfect, Oreo shake was perfect! Chicken teriyaki was a hit also. Employees perfect & helpful. First time here & they did not disappoint! #thanks

2 /5 Mary Williams: Prosser location didnt have the extra toppings I wanted added to my classic mini tacos order (bacon, taco sauce). Fine. Locations differ. But then they didnt even give me any of the sauce it comes with! I have a dry mouth condition; I cannot choke down dry food with zero sauce, not to mention its gross. Dry mouth is not rare, sauce should be treated as more important than they do. So my order was inedible. And we are traveling through from out of state, so we couldnt go back. (If Prosser ses this, I do want to apologize for the annoyed phone call about the lobby hours. I have to use a captioning app due to a brain injury, making it impossible for me to converse on phones in the regular way. The reception was bad on the highway so they couldnt hear me and my captions werent able to transcribe, so it resulted in me repeating and raising my voice to be sure I was heard. We had just had a bad experience with the Jack right before them, and I was very frustrated. My apologies for sounding upset at the employee on the phone, I was not. I mean, until I couldnt choke down my bone dry food a few minutes later).

1 /5 Sharon Getsinger: Review for Jack in the Box – Prosser, WA We pulled into the outside lane because our truck is too big to turn into the inside lane. Immediately upon pulling up to the board, someone came on and said, “It’ll be just a minute.” So we waited. While sitting there, two cars went through the inside lane, ordered, and left no one ever came back to take our order we finally had to pull up to the window ourselves. When we asked why we had been waiting so long, the employee at the window had a terrible attitude, practically called us liars, and said they couldn’t see us on the camera. We then asked for a manager, but instead of making things right, the manager doubled down and gave us the same excuse, even though someone had spoken to us when we first pulled up. To top it off, when we finally got our food, they put tomatoes on the sandwich after we specifically asked for no tomatoes, and they didn’t even give us the drink we ordered. Horrible service from start to finish rude staff, no accountability, and no effort to correct their mistakes. One of the worst fast-food experiences we’ve had. This is the 4time we have been there due to their convenience however the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results! So the definition of this jack and the box is insanity! We won’t be back again!!
