5 /5 Jess Senires: Not going to lie, this is going to be my new go to place in Seattle. Not only is the majority of the menu gluten free, it is also incredibly delicious and well thought out. The Tamarind Habanero Prawns were a show stopper. Delicate breading, a perfect blend of tangy and sweet with a hint of heat, made this dish out of this world. Their street corn with homemade chips was one of the best versions of street corn ever. Not too salty, with the best balance of creamy and sweet. Definitely enjoyed the micro greens on it as garnish. The plantonitos were another show stopping favorite. Delicately caramelized plantains, creama, and the best damned black beans ever, were heavenly. The contrast of the sweet and savory and brilliant combination of textures left me fully satisfied.
Their mini empanadas were crisp, fluffy, and flavorful. Their drinks were beautifully presented and delicious.
I cannot wait to come back and try other menu items.
This food is a work of art and is such a beautifully crafted fusion of Mexican and Salvadoran.
