Arianna Saucedo Absolutely amazing service!! We recieved the absolute best help from a younger woman who was the only one working until someone came back from lunch or to work their shift. She helped 3 parties ahead of us and then helped us, then helped two parties right after! She was multi-tasking...asking questions and greeting everyone, making sure to let everyone know that shes be right with them. I had the fish tacos, it was the special and it was so good!! We also added two kids meals with 2 crispy chicken tacos on the side ...YUM! Im so glad I came into try this place and I cant wait to go back in and get the gals name that helped us. This place has a good menu, simple and delicious!

Erin Suarez ​We came to this establishment for dinner last night and my family and I had incredible service. Despite being short staffed, the team delivered an incredible experience. ​Our server, whose name I didnt catch was incredibly thorough, with a combination of efficiency and truly great customer service. He was not only friendly and kind, but he even took the time to joke around and engage with my children, making all of us feel welcome. To top off the wonderful meal, we had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Sabrina. Sabrina was extremely friendly, easy to speak to, and clearly passionate about ensuring every guest has a fantastic time. Her leadership shined through in the quality of the service we received. From our experience last night, I would highly recommend it.

John Alba Im born and raised in southern California, so Carls Jr. Has always been around. All tell you what this Carls is 1 of the best Ive had in a long time. Wow..! I forgot how good they can be when there still sizzling hot with hot crisp fries. Outstanding. Ill be back.

Craig MacKay I tried the loaded dumplings with both beef and chicken, and they were really good. I’m not a dumpling connoisseur, but combining loaded baked potato flavors—green onions, bacon, cheddar, and sour cream—with pierogi-like dumplings just makes perfect sense. It was so good I wished I had ordered the large! We also shared an apple turnover, which was excellent, and my wife had the chicken soup with dumplings—also amazing. Everything tasted fresh and comforting. I highly recommend this place and honestly wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.

Ryan Higgins Only place in town I know that has an actual Trompo for the Al Pastor and it delivers. Carne Asada and Quesabirrias are great as well. Salsa bar has a lot of options so you can dress your meal as you see fit and grilled jalapenos and onions in the hot pots complete the meal.

Xär Blackthorn The consensus online is that this is the best burger spot in Olympia. It’s been on my list for a while, but I’m not local. I had to make a trip to Tacoma yesterday (Saturday) and decided to make a pit stop. Nobody told me about the dinosaurs! So cool! I arrived early before it was warm outside and had the whole outdoor space to myself to explore and take pictures. I was the only car when I arrived, so I pulled up to the window, and my exchange with the cashier was super fast and friendly. I don’t think I sat there longer than two minutes before I got my burger. I got the deluxe with cheese. Their spread is similar to Burgerville’s, but somehow the flavor reminds me more of egg salad so I like it better. I can’t wait to come back to try a shake!
