James ST I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday dinner, and it turned out to be a lovely experience overall. The ambiance was warm and charming, especially comforting on a gloomy, rainy evening. It felt cozy and inviting the moment we walked in. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and delicious. The flavors were thoughtful, and the seafood in particular was cooked perfectly. I couldn’t stop thinking about the lobster risotto and scallop. My other dining companions also got shrimp scampi and rockfish which they enjoyed. The only miss for all four of us was the lobster bisque, which unfortunately leaned a bit too salty for our taste. Aside from that, everything else exceeded expectations. A special shoutout to our server, Scott E. He was impeccable. Attentive without being intrusive, incredibly professional, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the night. His service truly elevated the experience and made the dinner feel enjoyable. I’d absolutely return and would happily recommend this place for a special occasion!

Sydney Kravtsov If I could give Passatempo 10/5, I would. My husband and I visit Walla Walla frequently for wine tasting, and after one visit, Passatempo became a must-stop every time we’re in town. If you’re looking for a beautiful atmosphere, handmade food, and exceptional service, this is the place. Reservations are a must—plan at least a couple of weeks in advance. We’ve never had a bad experience here. Our top recommendations: the carbonara, focaccia, meatballs, and truly any of their pizzas. The cocktails are outstanding—Forest is an incredible mixologist who’s made us several off-menu drinks, all perfectly balanced. For dessert, don’t miss the tiramisu and an espresso martini (made the right way).

Maha J We recently hosted our wedding dinner with family and friends at Aerlume and were thoroughly impressed with the experience. The food was exceptional, the view was astounding, and the service provided was attentive, professional, and seamless. We were so impressed with the attention to detail and thoughtfulness shown by Scott , Kate, Margaret, Matt, Mark and the rest of the team. Every detail was handled with care, creating a warm and memorable atmosphere for our guests. We greatly appreciate the Aerlume team’s effort in making our celebration such a success throughout the planning, helping create customized menus and drinks to day of coordination and everything in between. We will gladly recommend the venue to anyone seeking an elegant setting with outstanding service.

Alaina Absolutely loved the salad bar & charcuterie option! So fresh and delicious with lots of options available. We also ordered the espresso martini tree which was so fun and delicious. The salted caramel and pistachio were to die for! Super friendly server as well! 10/10, will definitely be back often!

miko goh My father-in-law couldn’t stop praising the food at the restaurant — everything was delicious, though the clam chowder was a little too salty, both the soup and the pork. We also felt that the dessert menu should have been presented earlier, as we were too full by the time we saw it to order anything sweet. The staff were professional and very attentive. When a baby high chair was unavailable, they went the extra mile to find a suitable alternative. They also took the time to explain which plates were meant for which dishes and made sure to check in with us about how the food was. Another lovely touch: the children’s menu was presented in the form of a storybook. While waiting for the food, I let my daughter read it. When the staff noticed she was getting bored reading the same book, they thoughtfully brought us two more storybooks. It was a very sweet gesture that made us feel well cared for. Overall, a thoughtful and well-trained team that made the experience very pleasant.

Ami Farrington We came to Duck Soup for my sons thirty fifth birthday. We drove 11 hours. We had the most amazing experience with the food, atmosphere, the owners and staff. This is a MUST place to visit. We will definitely be traveling back to Friday Harbor and visit the Duck Soup again and again. We spent a wonderful evening visiting with Analise, and her daughter, Siri and Chef Bill. We are in love all the way around!!!
