Proof Gastropub - (Near Kennewick, WA)

5 /5 The_Spokane_Burger_Guy: Proof Gatropub is a must visit if you are in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The menu is full of great choices but I have been craving one of these burgers since i first saw them on social media. The Proof burger absolutely did not disappoint. The 3 hour slow cooked onions and the bacon almost steal the show but the perfectly medium cooked and seasoned angus and ribeye blend beef shines through every bite. The french fries also no slouch perfectly cooked with a crunchy bite and their nice house made fry sauce is elite. This place also has the best views from their third floor dining room, i cant wait to eat on the patio this summer. 10/10 burger guy approved.

5 /5 Michael F.: Had a wonderful lunch date with my wife at Proof Gastropub. The food was exceptional, but one drink stood out above all else. My wife asked Brandon (the fantastic bartender) to make a Gin-based cocktail, and received her new favorite drink. He presented an amazing version of the Prohibition Bees Knees. The lavender color and hint of vanilla on the lemon wheel pairs with the mild sweetness of honey and gin in a phenomenon you MUST experience. My wife had three and said she could have spent the afternoon drinking them. Proof might be our new regular date spot because of this drink. The chips and guac, fish and chips, and old fashioned were also great. Give them a try, and I think youll find yourself satisfied at the end of your meal.

3 /5 Gabby Wine Gal: Another restaurant that charges 3% credit card fee. The view from the restaurant was nice, only if you sit by the window or outside. There is an elevator to take you to the top floor. I had the smoked pork nachos, they were very tasty. I liked the cheese they used. I had fish and chips. COD wasn’t fresh but more likely a frozen item that was deep fried. You can tell. I took some bites. Didn’t take any leftovers. The sweet potatoes fries were delicious. My drinks were good. La Paleta I recommend.
