Ralibertos Taco Shop - (Near Oak Harbor, WA)

Cecily Brown This is a tiny parking lot drive up place. At first, youd think it was selling coffee or ice cream. But it has a full selection of food from hamburgers to hotdogs and breakfast burritos with the sides to go with them. This place was recommended to me by a young local couple who said it had the best shakes around. I was more interested in food, but I thought Id try it. I wasnt disappointed. I got a cheeseburger with all the fixings and a half order of tater tots with a diet Pepsi. It was all very good. And ask for seasoned salt on your tots, its Lowrys. And this is not a frozen burger patty thrown on a grill or food thats been cooked and was sitting under a warming lamp for a while. This is cooked fresh when you order it. There are two drive up windows, but since the food is cooked while youre at the window, there can be a line waiting to give their order. There were 2 cars ahead of me, and I dont think my wait was even 10 minutes before I got to the window. The food came quickly, cooked perfectly, and definitely hot.

Misha B I do not exaggerate when I say that a few bites brought tears to my eyes. THIS is Chamorro food they way Ive always remembered it- the food of my childhood. Packed full of flavor & massive portions because you know thats how we get down! Whether its your first time tasting food from Guam or youve eaten it all your life like I have, this place is well worth the visit. Every item hit just right. The staff are so friendly and really gave me the sense of family Ive been missing ever since I moved to Washington.

Steve Takata Subway is a great chain and relatively healthy. Many years ago when I was growing up in the south side of Chicago there was only one subway and it was 45 minutes away in Joliet. My friends and I would drive there a few times each summer just to go, and now they are everywhere. The breads are excellent and most of the things that I’ve had here been very good. They used to have a seafood salad sub which was my favorite, but I haven’t seen it in forever. Now I go to is the meatball sandwich with extra sauce which is messy but delicious. The subway is open until 10 PM which makes it one of the handful places in Colfax that’s open late And late at night. It’s not busy. At lunchtime, the lines can be long.

Andrew Klingsheim This Cane’s location has quickly become one of my favorites!! I’ve only been able to come a handful times because I live about now or north, but every time the staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming and clearly work efficiently as a team, Even when it’s a packed house, I barely have to wait to order and then receive my food! The atmosphere is very clean and hospitable, and the food always has that Cane‘s top-notch quality crispy and delicious!! Always a highlight I look forward to when I travel down South this way!!

Mr. Eyeball I ordered the Stone Soup Club sandwich along with the tomato soup and a beverage, with the total coming to $23. The tomato soup was excellent—rich in flavor and very satisfying. While the sandwich bread was slightly under-toasted and a bit dry, the overall taste was still very enjoyable. The portion sizes are generous and well-suited for a brunch meal, and the pricing feels reasonable for the quality. I would definitely recommend it.
