5 /5 Missi Botel: I cant say enough good things about our experience. Emily was amazing in every way, her wine selection was on point. Made sure our friend with a odd food allergy was taken care of and was a delight for conversation. Food was fantastic definitely will be back. I will be getting gift cards for my friends to enjoy this wonderful place in Walla Walla. Also this place is deserving of a michelin star on the food. Im surprised Walla Walla doesnt have a restaurant already with one. This would be the place that would get one. We had the Ahi, rotating steak, and bone in pork dishes. Fantastic cocktail selection.

5 /5 Kat Eden: Weve been visiting Walla Walla a couple of times a year for four years while our kiddo is in college here. What a fantastic addition Salted Mill is to the restaurant options - it immediately jumped to the top of our list! The food is fantastic. Our family had four different entrees and each was absolutely delicious (and gorgeous!). I know this is an odd thing to call out at a higher end restaurant, but we ordered fries to share and they were maybe the best weve ever had! Interesting and yummy cocktail menu. The ambience is delightful. Modern yet cozy. Beautiful lighting, and of course the unique barrel table feature. We were there on the early side, but the noise level on a Friday evening was energetic but not so loud you couldnt hear your own conversation. Cant recommend enough!!

5 /5 Devyani Gupta: We had an awesome meal here! We were a large group with several dietary restrictions and we had an excellent evening. Service was stellar, and at the end, each and every pork chop was picked clean - so good! Would recommend the arancini, the puttanesca, the pork chop, and steak set. The steak set was so creative - most tender sirloin and perfectly cooked to temp. Perfect spot for a date night or to bring family/friends from out of town. January 2026 - they are doing a 3 course menu for $45. We would strongly recommend this as well. Rotates weekly.

5 /5 Preisman Mike (Mike): We were in Wala Wala for two nights. On the last night we came to the Salted Mill for dinner. I wish we had gone the first, because we would have loved a second visit to this wonderful restaurant. It is a lovely restaurant with incredibly good service and outstanding food. Our waitress was so knowledgeable, friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. The duck confit arancini and ahi wontons were so unique and delicious. The 4 of us shared them. Then we split the creamy tomato bisque and bone in pork chop. Our friends split the chop salad and bone in pork chop. Everything was scrumptious and so beautifully prepared. If we didn’t live in South Florida, we would return to this very fine restaurant regularly. If you are near Wala Wala, be sure to book this must visit restaurant. You’ll be glad you did.
