Salty Blue Fish & Chips - (Near Renton, WA)

4 /5 H Kim: We had sea bass fish and chips and clam chowder. Clam chowder was watery, little rundown texture. Flavor was ok. Sea bass was good but lacking flavor if you eat it but itself. Their tarter and chipotle sauce were amazing!! So please dip the fish there. Service was great! Four different employees came and checked on us. I will come back here for sure. They recently got robbed so they are not taking any cash.

5 /5 Lydia Rahmann: So authentically Australian! It has been so hard to find amazing and authentic aussie food here but this place has made it happen. Its such a traditional aussie fish and chip place (especially with its potato cakes and pineapple fritters). They manage the cosy restaurant with great professionalism and attention to detail. They stayed true to aussie fish and chip eateries. The battered shrimp was crisp to perfection but maintained its juiciness on the inside. The potato cakes brought back so much nostalgia of my life back in Australia. And the pineapple fritters were the bomb. It was crunchy but bursting with fruity flavor without being overly sweet. It was the exact dessert to end the delectable meal. I absolutely enjoyed my time there. It felt welcoming and homely. I highly recommend that restaurant! Definitely give it a go!

5 /5 Tawnya Turner: Food is amazing! The best calamari we have had in the US. Service was quick and attentive. If youre a local and havent eaten here- shame on you! If youre visiting like we were- make this an affordable, delicious part of your stay.

5 /5 Trypp Adams: Small but mighty. I ordered the barramundi fish and chips, it was larger than I expected but good. Service is mostly self service, order at the counter, grab your silverware, drink from the fridge, buss your own dishes. Seating is inside and small patio outside. Decor is fresh and vibrant.
