From the moment you walked in the door you could smell the smoked meat. The salmon chowder was delicious. Had a couple drinks with dinner and those were equally delightful too. Dessert not as much, it was ok, just disappointing for what I was expecting

4 /5 Orchid S: We were recommended by our hotel to try this restaurant. Cozy and warm, food was very interesting, very large portions, hard to finish them, lots of choices. But if you have allergies is not a good place to try. Not many choices if you are a vegetarian. Had to ask several times for the right food, and still was not brought right. The calamari was too dry, and hard to eat. Their drinks menu has plenty of choices. Is worth trying it st least once.

4 /5 Chris Forhan: Conveniently located close to SeaTac Airport and packed with flavor, Sharp’s Roadhouse is a great option for a meal and a drink—whether you’re a tired traveler, a hotel guest, or a family looking for good food. My experience was made even better by the attentive wait staff (thanks again, Casey) and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. With both open tables and booths, there’s ample seating, and the low lighting with electric candles adds a cozy touch. For food, I indulged in a small plate of brisket tacos and the Brisket Mac and Cheese with mushrooms. The tacos are divine, and I highly recommend pairing them with a good beer. The flavors are wonderful, enhanced by a bright avocado salsa. They can be a little messy, so keep a napkin handy. For my entrée, I chose the Brisket Mac and Cheese topped with mushrooms. It has a rich, cheesy flavor with just a hint of heat from the Fresno chiles. The sauce was slightly grainy—but still tasty enough that it didn’t detract from the dish. The brisket adds a smoky touch, while the mushrooms bring an earthy umami note. Customize it or enjoy it as-is; either way, it’s a satisfying choice. Overall, I would highly recommend Sharp’s Roadhouse as a great place to grab a bite before your flight.

5 /5 Surf CMIO: My hotel told me this was a great place to eat. I’m so glad I stopped here. Neat little restaurant with a great bar and their barrel aged home whiskey. I had their old-fashioned and it was delicious. I started off with the pulled brisket tacos, which were spicy and yummy. Then half of a classic Caesar salad that was pretty crispy and good. Finally the cod fish and chips was outrageously good. Just be aware that the main entrée dishes are pretty large. So keep that in mind when you order appetizers or small bites!

4 /5 Erik Oglesby: I love this place, I mean come on..roasted meat and a buzzing atmosphere. The host Jaime(Hime) was great, super accommodating and very pleasant. The food, awww the food. You must have the half chicken in lemon butter sauce, oh and the prime rib. Two great eats. Thanks Roasterhouse for another great experience.
