The Radiant Table Bellevue - Bellevue

Rating: 4.3 /5
Jewels Lutovsky This is located off of 8th and not Bellevue Way, in the old Ruths Chris location. My friend and I chose the Chef Kaurna Long who is the owner of Sophons, located off Greenwood, close to Greenlake and Beths Cafe. The experience starts off with checking in, getting your table map, and seat numbers, and they give you a small gold ducky for a drink token. You get your drink and then have numerous spots to sit down. They have a shimmering gold backdrop for photos, and you can take as many as you like. They notify everyone when the stairs are open and the dining area is ready to be seated. My only complaint that the plastic chairs were so uncomfortable and were poking into my thighs, so I couldnt sit back in the chair and had to sit on the front of the chair for the full 2.5 hours. The dinner experience includes 3D artwork that plays over the table while you eat, and is changed with each course. The Chef also came out numerous times to tell us about himself, where he gets his food locally, and how he uses his Cambodian upbringing to include in his food. The dinner starts off with an appetizer that is like a Cambodian Chicken Nugget and very good. Then you get a cured fish dish, 4 hour braised short ribs, Sophons signature braised pork belly, and then ended with a Cambodian mochi donut. It was a fun and unique experience, and the Chef and the food was amazing! The meat was so moist and everything was prepared perfectly! I highly recommend checking out Sophon, as I will be going to get some more of his Signature braised pork belly!

Roche Harbor Resort - Friday Harbor

Rating: 4.6 /5
F Jordan This is quite possibly the most idyllic resort in the state of Washington. The history is fascinating, the location is unbeatable and the available restaurants and small store will cover all of your basic needs. The grounds are meticulously maintained and beautiful at any time of the year (though the spring and mid-summer are the most colorful). This an obvious wedding destination, so it can be quite busy groom May to October. Make reservations and plan ahead. The town of Friday Harbor is about 20-25 minutes away and offers pretty much anything else you could need, including many more restaurant options. The drive between Roche Harbor and Friday Harbor is beautiful any time of year and is also just worth it to get a better "feel" of San Juan Island. Dont debate, just visit!

Super satisfied with service, food, pricing and location. Walk behind the restaurant you will find an unbelievable view of the mountains and water just breathtaking. Great place for family dinners or even dates.

Rebecca My family celebrated a big milestone for my husband completing training from the fire station and used the rental space in the brewery. It was an amazing experience for our family. Kelli and Jarrett were attentive and made the night as smooth as possible for us. The catering was also top notch! I highly recommend using the rental space!

Drumhellers Food & Drink - Richland

Rating: 4.2 /5
Cameron Drumheller’s Food & Drink The initial walkin experience, is a mixture of beautiful architecture, alongside a bit of confusion, when finding where to check in to be seated. This is a Lodging establishment first and foremost; so it is understandable that the Restaurant would be tucked away. Yet with the Drumheller being the center piece behind a lounging setting right as you walk in. I can’t help but wonder if a better placement of the large christmas tree, would have suited the walk-in experience better. Once I noted where I was meant to walk, to approach reception (behind the large tree); I had a small wait at around 10:10am. I was quickly seated at my own leisure, to choose where I felt most comfortable. The staff is quite kind; very efficient with their roles they play. I ordered the Pork Belly Hash, with a side of their Housemade gravy. The presentation was simplistic yet favorable to one’s senses, at first glance. (Due to the excellent choice of dishware, no doubt). My First Bite; a Flavorful Explosion.. The Sweet Succulent Pork Belly, showcased the Chef’s abilities; not only to enlighten you to the Delicious nature of Pork Belly’s natural Flavor. But also enrich it with a Syrupy Sweet Glaze. Fork tender.. Melting with the Delicious Fattiness Pork Belly is known for; with a premium mouth feel from its Crispy Fried Edges. It blends harmoniously, alongside the well seasoned assortment of Sweet Potato, Idaho Potato or one similar; Shallots, Red Bell Pepper and possibly some Yellow Onion, and Garlic. The Silky Smooth yolk of those Sunnyside Up Eggs, with a sprinkling of Chives; gave an excellent extra serving of protein; with an added bonus of altering the mouth feel of the whole dish. Interestingly; when combined, the dish replicates the flavor profile and mouth feel of a fluffy fresh pancake, with a hint of maple syrup. Truly a well thought out breakfast creation. The side of Housemade Gravy, was a personal preference that made me close my eyes; processing each moment of its Flavorful Profile. It’s Cream Heavy, Delicate; Salty, Peppery Goodness with bits of Sausage encased in each small spoonful; make it a beautiful addition to this dish. Would I come here again? Without a doubt. Try this place and maybe experience more than the delicious assortment, I’ve enjoyed from a breakfast dish alone. The amenities of the Lodge itself seemed to cater to it’s guests quite well; judging from the many smiles I witnessed, from ones staying there roaming about. A Spa right down the hall after a great meal? Count me in.
