3 /5 Kelly Kang: We visited STK for a birthday girls’ night and parked at Lincoln Square, which is just a short walk away. The ambiance was stylish and fitting for the occasion, but the service unfortunately fell short.
Happy hour dishes were significantly delayed, with several only arriving after multiple reminders to our server. Although the lounge-style atmosphere was lively, the pacing issues overshadowed it.
Dinner was the highlight—the ribeye and potato gratin were both excellent. However, a drink was accidentally spilled on me, soaking my dress and coat, and no offer of help or dry cleaning was made. Even more concerning, the same drink was served to my friend instead of being replaced.
I was drinking non-alcoholic beverages that evening and honestly found myself wishing I had joined the others in drinking to make the experience feel a bit better.
While the main entrees were great, service is a key part of dining. Based on this visit, I would not return.
