Sumo Hibachi & Sushi - Moses Lake -Food CA (Near Moses Lake)

1 /5 Mercedes: I went in for my take out order. We ordered 2 rolls of sushi, pork gyoza, yellowtail appetizer, New York steak Dinner hibachi meal and changed the rice to fried rice for the New York Steak meal. When we finally get home to Ephrata, I start unpacking my meal only to realize I am missing my yum yum sauce and fried rice! We just sat down, the kids are eating little Caesar’s and getting ready for bed, I just really wasn’t feeling to go back to Moses lake for a $3.50 fried rice. So I called hoping to remedy this over the phone. I was left on hold for 8 minutes. I explained to the waitress what was going on. She goes back to the cook, she must’ve misheard cuz she thinks I’m missing my steak (AFTER I TOLD HER 3 TIMES ITS THE SAUCE I WAS MISSING AND THE FRIED RICE; I didn’t know the name of the sauce at the time). So she comes back saying that the cooks know they put the steak in the bag. And I said YES I already said the steak is there, it’s the sauce and fried rice I’m missing. In which she tells me I need to come in at a later date to get a refund. ?!? Um no. So I get ahold of the manager and she tries to insinuate that I’m lying and that I’m trying to get free food?! WHAT?! My damn fried rice is missing! That and the SAUCE! Why would I lie about rice?! $3.50 RICE! Probably won’t be back! Really disappointed in SUMOs. This had been our default date night place. I want them to check the cameras in the back that’s how confident I am!

4 /5 Kristene Heeney: The atmosphere was nice but needs a bit of TLC. The food was decent but missing the extra flair of other sushi places we have been. The service was great and the robot was a fun touch. The prices were just ok. The bathrooms were pretty bad and needed deeply cleaned. Overall it is a solid 4 ⭐️.

5 /5 Kameron King: My wife and I frequent this establishment on a regular basis and have never been let down. The lunch specials are our go to and you will not be disappointed regardless of what entree you select off the menu.

1 /5 Adam Schaapman: Made an order through Uber eats which totaled almost $80 For three rolls in addition I requested chopsticks, ginger, and soy sauce. Did not receive Any chopsticks, ginger, or soy sauce called into complain and the lady who answered the phone just said she was sorry about that and would let her staff know. No offer of compensation or a discount on the next time I place an order. Very small portions for sushi rolls definitely better selection at tsunami
