5 /5 Tracy Mallgren: Really good turkey pesto panini. Everyone who order drinks loved them. It wasnt busy but there was only one employee doing everything so it did take a little bit to get drinks and food. The employee warned us it may take a little longer and we were already planning on being there awhile to talk and catch up.

1 /5 Emily Simpson: I attended a scheduled event at Peacock and enjoyed the event so much and then was heartbroken by the attitude of the owner. Our event was only about 10-12 people and included a drink in the price of our ticket and first off the owner said he couldn’t even make our drinks for 10 minutes because there was food in the oven? We had no problem with that but when he got around to taking our orders there was excessive cussing and very evident frustration from the owner that we had the nerve to order anything. My friends ordered alcohol and I ordered a coffee and he got increasingly mad that I wanted an alternative milk but I got it iced to make it easier on him. The coffee was good, at least drinkable which I appreciate but I felt so bad we decided to go somewhere else for food. My friends got two bloody Mary’s and they were served two entirely different ways with one of them being 4 or 5 ounces short. I’m also a barista of 7 or 8 years and understand the struggles of service work but I’ve never experienced something like that. Huge disappointment.

2 /5 B C: We wont be back. Ive heard good things about the food, and I love the decor, but the atmosphere was not welcoming. Many of the seating areas had signs saying that they were reserved for large parties. There were 4-6 customers the entire time we were there (on a Saturday evening)! And this did not mean that there were large parties that had made a reservation, these seats were reserved, just in case a larger group came in. In fact, they sat one couple while we were there in the cozy seating area and informed them that should a larger group come in they would have to move. Ive never heard of such a thing at any restaurant! The lighting in the cozy seating area is so bad. It is so dim that we could not read our menus, while at the same time, the lamps that they do have put off a glare. Our waitress was very friendly, although very unprofessionally dressed. Our drinks were tiny!!!! We live in a nearby neighborhood and were checking this place out to see if it could be our new hangout place, but we wont go back.

1 /5 Breyane Scales: The customer service was the biggest disappointment of this visit amongst other things. The owner and staff seemed disengaged, dismissive, unwelcoming and our drinks were mediocre. Unfortunate for a cute gathering place near Hansen Park. *There were three of us and we each had about two drink orders and appetizers.

5 /5 Jill: I was having a coffee emergency and blasted over there from Richland to get some locally-roasted coffee beans. The owner graciously asked me about my bean preferences and method of coffee making. He is always willing to educate and share his passion for coffee. This is a beautiful space with the best coffee in Kennewick!
