Zoe Myers This is such a cool place and a great addition to the community. I went with my friend and we ordered - Appetizers: spam musubi, gaijin fries Main: spicy tan tan ramen, Chuka ramen Dessert: yuzu & ube cheesecake The food was delicious! My favorites were the gaijin fries, chuka ramen, and yuzu cheesecake. The only problem we experienced was that my friend received the wrong ramen, and we only noticed after eating a bit. It was busy and was still really good so we didnt say anything. Overall 10/10 recommend trying this out!

Karen Rosenthal We came here for dinner and it was phenomenal!! Loved every dish we had. The bread, oysters, ravioli, caviar, skewers, and multiple desserts. Amazing food and service. Such an upscale and elegant restaurant, and the prices are not exorbitant. I would eat here every week if I could!

Usman Tufail On Thanksgiving eve, we decided to explore the flavors of halal cuisine at the Urban Skillet restaurant. Excited to try their diverse selection, we ordered a variety of their halal burgers along with some loaded fries. While I must say that I’ve experienced better beef burgers elsewhere, the ones we had at Urban Skillet were still quite satisfactory and had their unique appeal. What truly stood out during our visit, however, was the quality of service we received. Anna, our server, made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked in. Her friendly demeanor and accommodating attitude made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and it definitely enhanced our overall impression of the restaurant.

Xinyu Yang It was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. I read some reviews before coming and decided to give this place a try. The food was warm with nice flavoring. There was a pretty decent-sized array of foods, enough to keep you full just by sampling the foods. I wasn’t even able to try everything but I would definitely come back and try some of the other stuff. The sushi was especially good with many different selections to pick from. It was fresh alongside the sashimi. The beef and soups were delicious as well. On a side note, the water here is great. Usually around the area, water is unfiltered with an unpleasant taste to it, but at Sakura Buffet, it was refreshing and tasted thoroughly filtered—a nice change for once! The deserts were nice, not overly sweet with ice cream available in the freezer next to it. The mango jello was yummy! Plates, utensils, and counters were kept clean and orderly. The staff was also extremely attentive, coming constantly to clear plates and refill drinks. Definitely don’t let some of the bad reviews deter you from coming. Come check this place out!
