Sakura buffet - (Near Tulare, CA)

1 /5 Igor Morozov: I guess I was lucky before. The food in this place looked fresh and beautifully presented. Everything was fine... If it werent for yesterday. I woke up in the middle of the night with severe nausea. I was throwing up all morning... Porries and a high temperature. I think I can handle it. But I will say one thing, I will not come back! I do not recommend it to anyone! This place has big problems with hygiene! The guys set high prices, hoping to make good money. But damn! Why are there flies crawling on your food? Who gave you a license?

5 /5 Patrick Toy: Unbelievable buffet found in my hometown!! Who knew!! I’ve had my share of AYCE especially in the Central Valley and I have to say it’s the best that I’ve been to and it’s located in good ole Tulare!! The sushi was very fresh and it wasn’t just California Rolls! They had fresh nigiri both tuna and salmon. Then there was fresh tuna and salmon sashimi. I made it a point to try most everything. The soups were good. The fresh oysters was fresh and I dared to eat it without issues. The Chinese food variety was everything your heart desires. Then there’s your fried food like egg rolls, shrimp, chicken, and French fries. The place was clean and welcoming. The wait staff clear your clean plate asap. The price point was really good also. I have recommended the place already and I look forward to coming asap.

5 /5 Xinyu Yang: It was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. I read some reviews before coming and decided to give this place a try. The food was warm with nice flavoring. There was a pretty decent-sized array of foods, enough to keep you full just by sampling the foods. I wasn’t even able to try everything but I would definitely come back and try some of the other stuff. The sushi was especially good with many different selections to pick from. It was fresh alongside the sashimi. The beef and soups were delicious as well. On a side note, the water here is great. Usually around the area, water is unfiltered with an unpleasant taste to it, but at Sakura Buffet, it was refreshing and tasted thoroughly filtered—a nice change for once! The deserts were nice, not overly sweet with ice cream available in the freezer next to it. The mango jello was yummy! Plates, utensils, and counters were kept clean and orderly. The staff was also extremely attentive, coming constantly to clear plates and refill drinks. Definitely don’t let some of the bad reviews deter you from coming. Come check this place out!
