Dunsmoor - Los Angeles
Shaun Young Dunsmoor is a truly spectacular restaurant. Since my first dining experience, I have been back several times - each experience as equally memorable as the previous.
The space is warm and rustic. The service is friendly and approachable. The food is astonishing. The staples that you should skip are the baby albacore tuna, the dressed lettuces, the cornbread (best you’ll have anywhere) and the highlight - the green chile stew fresh tortillas.
I dream of the cornbread and the green chile stew. In fact, I just made another reservation while writing this.
You won’t have a bad experience. While they are wine only, you can go to The Grant on the opposite corner and have cocktails before or after.
Dunsmoor is special.
