Easily one of the best spots in Oxnard for comfort food that packs a punch.

He took the time to make sure my order was perfect and checked in to see if everything tasted right. You can tell he cares about his job and the customers. Great food, but Gregs customer service made it unforgettable. Definitely coming back!

3 /5 Chloe: I’ll start off with they had really friendly service and they are a good late night option. Chicken was really good, seasoned well and not dry. Fries were good. The bread though is severely lacking something. The bread reminds me of cheap store bought white bread. It comes plain and un toasted. It comes off as an after thought. The sauce is meh, tastes like mayo and ketchup with no seasoning. Like canes but nowhere near as good. Employee told me the ranch is prepackaged and not made in store so I skipped that. The shake I got was good and offering fruity pebbles as a topping is unique. So some pros about this place but also some cons.

What really made my visit stand out was the customer service. Manager Jose went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was super friendly, professional, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his team. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending this location to everyone I know!

5 /5 Janette Lopez: First time trying Dave’s hot chicken and it was super yummy. Greg took our order and he was super helpful , polite and greeted us with a smile which is hard to find these days. The rest of the staff were also super sweet and attentive (the young girl with a bun ). Place was clean and presentable. Thank you !
