Catherine Burke The 4 Seasonings steakhouse was one of the best culinary experiences I have had in a long time. We started out with some cocktails. The smoked old fashion was perfectly blended and the manhattan was so smooth. We had lamb chops and scallops to start. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection and the chimichurri was out of this world. The scallops were also cooked to perfection and the sauce was amazing. We split the dry aged tomahawk ribeye that started with a salad. We chose the wedge which was chargrilled, the char added an extra level to the flavor profile that got so well with the steakhouse. The tomahawk was grilled perfectly medium rare with a delicious cowboy butter, we had the Brussels sprouts that were delicious and the most amazing Mac and cheese I have ever had in my life, for desert we had the lemoncello cake which was the perfect desert to finish the night. Dae the bartender is the perfect mixologist and provided wonderful service. The owners are onsite checking on guest and providing wonderful service as well. As a proud black-owned family restaurant, 4 Seasonings shines in both food and service. Its a perfect spot for special occasions or a fun date night! Highly recommended!

Emma Torres Just ordered a spicy gyro philly with the fries. Oh my gosh its so good. Im not in town often, but this is so delicious, its gonna be my go to meal here at the mall.

TX10 T The elk jerky is fantastic, the turkey sandwich is simple but tastes great. The rodeo is unreal, so tasty, the bacon is a really good addition. The staff are friendly and very helpful too! Will come back for sure.

Derrick In Bloom in Paso Robles delivered an experience that was both unexpected and exceptional. We visited during their Sunday “Fun Day,” a word-of-mouth offering on a day they are typically closed, where the restaurant focuses exclusively on a single dish: Pho Ramen. This thoughtful, pared-down approach immediately set the tone for something special. The dish itself was memorable. A deeply flavored pho-style broth formed the foundation, paired with ramen noodles and complemented by fresh bok choy and crisp sprouts. The balance was precise, comforting, and intentional, highlighting both technique and restraint rather than excess. We chose to sit at the bar and were served promptly, with an attentiveness that felt genuine rather than rehearsed. The space was lively and energetic, filled with a sense of purpose and enjoyment from both staff and guests. There was a palpable buzz in the room—an atmosphere that felt communal, welcoming, and distinctly confident in its identity. This experience stood apart from anything else currently offered in Paso Robles. It was not only about the food, but about the concept, the execution, and the willingness to do something different. In Bloom has created something truly unique, and this Sunday experience is absolutely worth seeking out.

Kimberly Rocca This is a truly delicious Korean restaurant. Not only was the place clean and inviting with a calm decor, we absolutely loved the delicious and unique complimentary starters. (Pickled daikon, Kim Chee, cucumber salad, Mac salad, garlic leaf salad and spicy radish) all so so tasty!!! The prepared food (we got chicken bowls) was also excellent and had a lot of nicely prepared chicken and veggies over rice. Also not to be forgotten was our server who was top notch both in friendliness and efficiency. Do yourself a big favor and eat at Korean Chili-you’ll be glad you did!
