5 /5 TX10 T: The elk jerky is fantastic, the turkey sandwich is simple but tastes great. The rodeo is unreal, so tasty, the bacon is a really good addition. The staff are friendly and very helpful too! Will come back for sure.

5 /5 Talmadge Nichols: Thank goodness places like this still exist. Delicious quality SLABS of jerky. So hard to find. Reminds me of my childhood. You are greeted with the authentic smoke smell while you browse. Lots of amazing options — everything I tasted was wonderful, even the turkey options. They also have lots of fun charcuterie additions and gift options for last minute souvenir shopping. AND even treats to take home to your doggie. BEST part of my road trip. Exactly what you hope to stumble upon on your long drive home.

5 /5 Winston Dy: This is our seventh visit to this place and we finally tried the deli. We really missed out in our last visits because the sandwich we had was so so so gooood!! We tried “The Stroke” which is corned beef pastrami sandwich served hot. The meat was piled high, and it was more than enough for two people to split. I don’t recommend one person eating this entire sandwich because it’s almost impossible to finish. They are very generous with the meat. Next time we will try a different sandwich to get more exposure to the menu but I really wish we had tried the sandwiches before. As for the reason we came for a seventh visit, it’s all about the jerky! The jerky here is our favorite in all our travels around the country. Nobody comes close. We bought about $175 worth of jerky which will last us a few weeks only. Then we have to wait another year until our annual return to Bishop. I hope this place never changes its recipes and quality as long as I live. I forgot to mention, the service here is fast and friendly!

5 /5 meg willoughby: This is a must stop in Bishop! I always plan my travels around landing here at lunchtime. Sandwiches are large with great meats, bread and toppings. The pickles on the side are really good too. Bonus: Don’t forget to try the jerky. It’s the best I’ve ever tried.

5 /5 Demetri Cortes: Just received my package today I ordered two of the pepper, beef jerky, and one habanero.. i’ve been through a lot of vendors trying to find the right beef jerky. I have to say this is a 10 out of 10.. The best that I’ve tried in a very long time. I’m so happy I found you guys. The flavor is amazing. The pepper is just right.. Bring back memories. .
