Mark Savella Growing up in the Bay Area and waiting in those long lines in San Francisco and San Jose, this spot really knows how to do ramen right! I tried the Tantan Style Ramen and swapped the pork for Kaarage Chicken, and let me tell you, it was amazing. I love pork too, and I can only imagine it would’ve been awesome, but since it doesnt sit well with me, I went with the chicken instead. The broth was super flavorful, and everything just hit the spot. You can really tell they put a ton of love into that 17-hour bone broth. One of the reviews on here said the broth was flavorless & the noodles were mushy, but I had the complete opposite experience. The noodles were golden, with the perfect consistency for slurping. The chicken was also golden and crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside. The staff was super friendly, and the place had a cute, cozy vibe with an industrial twist. I loved checking out the local artwork on the walls. Overall, you’ve got to try this ramen place out. You definitely won’t regret it!
