Annie MacMillan Look no further. If you like delicious food and creative cocktails, this is the spot for you. Incredibly friendly staff. I had the mushrooms, pork belly, and cabbage and all had amazing flavor. Can’t recommend the beet mezcal cocktail enough.

B Bayrak We stopped at this charming place on our way back from California. It has many nice features but most importantly it is not a coffee chain and does not have a drive thru. Both the inside and the outside seating areas have custom features. Families may find this place accommodating to small children. The service was a little slow but the coffee was worth the wait. Im sure we will stop here again on the next trip.

TheBayArea.831 Stopped in for taco Tuesday. Ordered each a chorizo taco and a carnitas taco. Both tacos are flavorful, the carnitas was juicy and had good flavor. It was cooked just right. My hubby liked it soo much that he ordered two additional tacos. Staff is friendly and fast at getting our food out to us. Complimentary chips and salsa with our food. No wait at all around 3:15 this afternoon. Started to get busier 30mins later.

Emily R 22 years of living in Palo Alto and thinking how amazing a rooftop bar would be, and alas, we FINALLY have one. The fact is people would go here even if it was terrible, but they did an absolutely phenomenal job. Drinks were amazing - great wine by the glass list and some fabulous cocktails. Excellent bartenders and great service all around. Food was incredible, raw bar/light bites with great flavor, fantastic chef. And obviously, the views and the setting are just unbeatable. The President’s Terrace absolutely knocks it out of the park and is sure to become a true Palo Alto institution. I can’t wait to come back!

Angelina Quiroz I really love coming to Black Oak Casino to have a wonderful time! Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose, but in the end, I come just to have fun, and this casino definitely satisfies that craving. We love that they have Kids Quest and Cyber Quest downstairs because we have a little one, and it’s perfect for both adults and children. The restaurant options are great, and I highly recommend the wings from Black Oak Cafe, they’re amazing! If you go, ask for Jasmine as your server. She’s the best waitress there! Her service is by far worth more than five stars. She takes great care of her guests and makes every visit special. The reason for my lower rating relates to the hotel experience. During multiple visits, I’ve noticed that the night shift supervisor’s demeanor toward me has been less than welcoming. Her attitude and expressions make check-in uncomfortable, which is disappointing given the otherwise excellent hospitality throughout the property. As a loyal Diamond Member who has always been courteous and respectful, I hope management can look into this matter so that all guests feel equally valued and appreciated. On a positive note, my Casino Host, Alex, is wonderful, very down-to-earth and even checks in on me, which makes me feel welcomed. I also want to give a big shoutout to Andrea at the Players Club, her customer service is always top notch! This is truly one of my favorite casinos. Thank you, Black Oak, for all the wonderful things you do!
