Monique E From the moment I walked into Fat of the Land, I felt warmly welcomed. I was greeted personally by the owner, and every staff member was friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the menu. Its obvious that hospitality is a priority here, which made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. The decor immediately stood out. It’s classy and upscale, yet still inviting and comfortable. It strikes that rare balance between elegance and warmth, making it perfect for a date night or a casual visit for excellent food. The menu may be small, but it is powerful. Every dish has intention, artistry, and flavor that speaks volumes. You can tell each item was thoughtfully crafted with care and purpose. Everything I tried was incredibly fresh, with well-balanced and creative flavor combinations. As someone who had VSG surgery almost a year ago, I have to be very intentional about what I eat. When you can only enjoy a few bites, every bite has to matter. At Fat of the Land, every bite was absolutely worth it. Nothing felt wasted or ordinary- everything was delicious and satisfying. I also don’t drink alcohol, and I was impressed by their selection of non-alcoholic beverages. The French apple cider I tried was especially amazing and felt just as special as any cocktail or glass of wine. I’ll definitely be back. I want to thank the owner and the entire team for being such gracious and passionate hosts. In a time when every dollar counts, it’s important to support restaurants that truly earn your business. Fat of the Land is worth every penny. Not just for the food, but for the genuine care they put into the entire dining experience. They clearly love what they do, and it shows.

Your facility was the perfect place for us to host this memorable gathering. The atmosphere was ideal, and the space accommodated our group wonderfully. Alexis, the event manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was easy to collaborate with, helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional throughout the entire planning process. Her expertise and attention to detail made everything seamless. The Side Gate staff was amazing, and we truly appreciate the exceptional service provided. I highly recommend Side Gate Brewery and Beer Garden to anyone looking for a venue to host a party or gathering. It’s a fantastic choice!

Lindsay Clark Came here to watch the football games. Loved all the TVs, the fact that they had the volume ON and the place was packed with fans. Elle was our server, she was fantastic. Super attentive, quick and also very sweet. Hope to see her next time. Will definitely be back!

Erica Hall We enjoyed the food. My rib eye and shrimp was good! The servers didnt know what a Roy Rogers was lol. We kept having to explain to them its Coke and grenadine. But they did make it and it was really good. The sodas though are served in really small cups. My spicy Margarita was really good. My husband loved his carne asada tacos. They were really busy and didnt bring my husband his Roy Rogers for about 10 to 15 minutes after he asked for more. and they dropped the ball on bringing me my second spicy margarita, after they had asked me if I wanted another one. But it was fine, I dont usually drink so it doesnt matter. Overall, my husband said that he would go back there. The music honestly was too loud for me. It kind of makes me feel overstimulated and anxious. They should definitely turn it down.

Rachel Russell-Clark We had the most delightful dinner here. The service was immaculate, Austin so kindly made us tableside tiramisu. Great service all around from ALL staff! The food was good. I’m a huge brown butter sage pasta gal, it was okay, but I wouldn’t order it again nothing special. It would have been great to add a sweet component in there somehow. I just got back from Italy so perhaps I’m being harsh. I’d recommend getting another main! The deserts were both great but I liked the apple crostata best! We had a large group and though they didn’t have enough tables for us (we neglected to make a reservation as we didn’t plan to have time, so that’s on us) they were so accommodating and moved tables together for us!
