Mandeaux Digital Pacific’s Edge at Hyatt Carmel Highlands never disappoints. Even on a very busy evening, Jeff and his staff kept their composure, worked together flawlessly, and made sure every guest felt taken care of. That level of professionalism and teamwork truly stood out. This is one of my favorite places on the planet to watch the sunset with my wife. The views are incredible, the atmosphere is unforgettable, and it always feels like a moment worth slowing down for. We got back to our room and felt compelled to write this review right away. Huge thanks to Jeff and the entire team for making the evening so special. Highly recommended.

Ian Fels I rarely, if ever, leave reviews. I normally look down upon the people who take time to leave reviews (normally because it’s people upset about reservation mix-ups). But I felt compelled to say- this restaurant, the food, the service, and the ambiance, are exceptional. Yes, it’s expensive. Trust me when I say this- get the ragu and the corn ravioli thing- and get a steak, any steak- and get a dessert, any dessert- it’s all worth every penny. The staff is phenomenal, they were extremely accommodating, and the ambiance is cute, lively, warm, how else can I describe something that feels welcoming? 5 stars. I’m not kidding I’m writing this review at the dinner table. Make this your special occasion; or, do what I am going to do and make this your go-to semi weekly splurge spot. It’s that good.

Elvira Allen My husband and I were in town shopping. He was looking for places to grab something to eat. He came across TVP and wanted to try it out. I was hesitant because it said fine dining and we were nowhere near dressed for fine dining. He insisted. We walked in on a Sunday during brunch. We were greeted with a smile and immediately seated. The attentive ladies whom I did not get names, were amazing! Richard was nice with the piano keys and greeted us as he was making his exit. Now, for the food. I can tell you how delicious it was or you can come and see for yourselves. Which I recommend yall do!

Christopher Metoyer Melissa is everything you hope for and more from a two Michelin star experience in Los Angeles. From the moment you walk into the intimate five table dining room, the evening feels special. The ambiance is understated and elegant, the service is warm and deeply knowledgeable without ever being overbearing, and the meal unfolds like a beautifully choreographed performance with every course more thoughtful and precise than the last. The menu is a masterclass in balance, technique, and flavor. The Miyazaki wagyu first bite set the tone for the night, rich and perfectly marbled with layers of umami that lingered beautifully. The Croque Madame with truffle Gruyère fondue was indulgent yet refined, while the Caesar with smoked anchovy and parmesan was a clever and deeply flavorful reimagining of a classic. The golden tomato soup, paired with pistachio and strawberry sorbet and finished with Portuguese olive oil, was as vibrant and nuanced as summer in a bowl. The progression of dishes shows a real depth of technical execution, from the delicate Santa Barbara spot prawn with umeboshi custard to the luxurious ossetra caviar course, every element was perfectly cooked, balanced, and plated with intention. The Wolfe Ranch “Dirty” quail was a standout, juicy and bold with apricot carrot curry and black olive caramel creating layers of unexpected harmony. The quail and lobster tortellini in carrot brodo was a study in finesse, and the lamb course and seasonal desserts struck the perfect chord between creativity and comfort. What truly elevates the experience is the service. The waitstaff were impeccable, warm, intuitive, and eager to share the stories and techniques behind each dish, which added another layer of appreciation to an already remarkable meal. Melissa is the kind of restaurant that makes an evening feel unforgettable. Highly recommended for a special occasion or simply to experience one of Los Angeles’ most accomplished kitchens at the very top of its game.

Nicole Baird Came for my sons 21st Birthday. First time for most of our group. Food was good, my only complaint was that the steaks we ordered were very tough and hard to cut. They were tasty! The atmosphere was chill-literally! It was super cold inside...we sat next to a fireplace with no fire. When everyone has their coats on its a sign. Service was great! He was very informative and made good recommendations. I would recommend this place for a nice dinner.

Michael Lyons Another spectacular meal at this place last night! The appetizer courses were incredible staring a new dish the lobster spring roll and my first time trying greeneye, a fatty and delicious deep sea fish. The fish were super high quality, well seasoned and I’m still thinking about that otoro. That lot of uni was great! And I was completely confused as to how the chef made noodles out of eel.
