5 /5 Maika Rothfuss: We were looking for a spot to have dinner and came across this one. The menu was intriguing since it had such a wide variety of food items and a good chunk of veggie forward dishes and season items that rotate. It was a busy Saturday night but we were able to be sat at the bar right away. The decorations of the restaurant ranged from whimsical to silly, with Christmas displays up for the holiday. The menu was a little booklet that was mostly different fun "alchemist" style drinks. When we got our drink, it came in a wooden box that was opened and steamed poured out. It was difficult to decide what to order, but the seasonal item of duck prosciutto wrapped dates was mentioned and we had to get that. That was probably my favorite food item from our weekend trip! Staff was friendly and checked on us often. Food came out quickly and was beautiful presented. I would go back to try other items on the menu. Of course, if we went back on a busy weekend wed make a reservation next time. Great place for a celebration, as it had a louder, busier vibe. But also a good place for a date and some drinks.

5 /5 Tabnie Dozier: Chef Andrew takes pride in this establishment and I understand why! The fresh oysters with passionfruit foam had me ready to grab the entire bucket from the back!!! Eddie and Justice were fabulous behind the bar. I love the atmosphere and must check out the speakeasy when I come back. Please make sure to visit this eye-catching restaurant and enjoy the amazing food.

4 /5 Jonathan Siebel: My wife and stopped here for dinner with our two children (1 and 4). Immediately we were offered a high chair and everyone there was so extremely helpful with our children, offering us off menu items for them, and constantly picking up toys that got tossed. The service was excellent!!! The drink and food presentation was magnificent, and we were very excited about what the menu had to offer. As people who indulge in fine dining around Los Angeles, taste fell short of the fine dining prices. I could not have been more excited for a cocoa nib infused old fashioned with crème de banane, but unfortunately it was way too sweet. My wife found the same with her gin cocktail. The himachi crudo was made with a beautiful yellowtail, but was overwhelmed in flavor by too much sesame oil. All in all the food was good but not great. We were both a bit surprised to be walking away paying $300 for essentially dinner for two plus butter pasta. I’d recommend this place if you’re in Paso but keep your expectations tempered.

3 /5 Karen Rivera: Jessica, our waitress, was fantastic. Super attentive, friendly, and just great with people. Honestly, she deserves 5 stars all on her own. The food, though, was hit or miss. The pork chop was massive, but the flavor didn’t match the portion—could’ve used more seasoning to really stand out. The halibut was nicely done, but the wild rice it came with was a letdown. The deviled eggs with curry weren’t really for me (kind of tasted like cold leftovers), though others at the table enjoyed them. On the bright side, the fry wedges with all the aiolis were amazing, and the cocktails were definitely the highlight. The presentation was beautiful, and the drink itself was just as good as it looked. Overall, the service and drinks really shined, while the food left me wishing for a bit more flavor.
