The Bay View Restaurant - (Near San Diego, CA)

Isa This was such a cute restaurant! My cousin and I decided to try it for the first time and we were not disappointed! We got three different sushi rolls along with their garlic edamame and it was delicious! Very fresh and satisfying. The young ladies were very helpful and we loved the seating arrangements. They have very comfortable couches to eat at and the design is just lovely! Recommend to anyone who loves sushi and is looking to try a new place.

Sterling Armstrong-Cate Fantastic quality for a fairly reasonable price compared to other steakhouses. The sushi here is top notch and tastes almost as fresh as it does near the Wharf in San Francisco. The Lobster King Roll is an incredible value if youre looking for something that tastes luxurious with a fairly big portion without breaking the bank. The Japanese style popcorn chicken is also quite an addictive appetizer. The shrimp fried rice is also great to share with big, juicy shrimp and crisp flavorful veggies. I did a pickup order from this restaurant, but I will say the decor seemed pretty upscale. Its probably the fanciest place Ive seen since the original run of The Willow Steakhouse in Jamestown. Ill definitely be coming back here anytime I want to impress someone.

Nicole Cook Everything was tasty. Fresh, light, savory, not too sweet (from the drinks to the fench toast). I did the happy dance with almost every bite. We got a few options to split. So glad we did.

Reed Brown Seems like a strange place to have a restaurant - in a lumber store. Very impressed with thier breakfast meals. Very good hashbrowns. The service was excellent.

Adam Sandoval Had the chicken sandwich with waffle sweet potato fries. The spicy slaw makes it one of the Top 5 chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Don’t skip on the Snake Venom sauce. Dunking one of the many tot or fry options into that sweet jalapeño sauce should be on anyone’s bucket list passing through the Sonora area.

Judy Rivas It was Taco Tuesday so we ordered $5 tacos and $10 Margarita. We tried pork belly, sweet potato, shrimp, fish, carne asada, and spicy chicken tacos and I have to say the pork belly and spicy chicken were my favorite. All were tasty. The bartender gal even tasted drinks (with a finger on a straw holding some of the drink) before serving. Very friendly staff. The vibe and music were enjoyable. HH is M-Th 2-4 and they offer a few drinks and food items. Looking forward to trying some other things on their menu. Came backs 2nd time!
