Joshua Smith This was my first time visiting this location and they were very busy. Almost every table was full. Regardless of them being so busy the waittresses were extremely attentive and polite. I could see their staff constantly multi-tasking. I worked in food service for a long time and know how difficult it is to keep the place spotless during busy times and this place was kept very clean throughout. I could see the cooks in the kitchen constantly working and never losing their focus. The food came oit piping hot and fresh. It tasted great. It was also a large enough portion that I am going to turn this into at least three meals. Great job Sals. I will definitely revisit.

Rhett Burden This morning, I took my daughter to Pinstripes at Hillsdale Mall for their “Brunch with Santa” event, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and festive the perfect blend of elegant and family-friendly that made the experience feel truly special. The food was genuinely good not just “event food,” but the kind of quality brunch you’d seek out on any weekend. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, with enough variety to please both kids and adults. But what really made the morning unforgettable was how they handled Santa’s visits. Rather than the typical long line approach, Santa made his way to each table, giving every child unhurried, personal attention. My daughter’s face lit up, and I loved that we could enjoy our meal while Santa took the time to really connect with her. You could tell the staff had put real thought into creating an experience that felt magical without feeling rushed or transactional. The team at Pinstripes clearly understands that these moments matter they’re creating memories families will treasure. If you’re looking for a holiday experience that combines excellent food, a beautiful setting, and genuine care for making children feel special, I can’t recommend this highly enough. Tory Dean Cherubs Simply, well made, fresh, content filled food... Made with love. Got the Breakfast Burritos with Potatoes, Sausage, Cheese and Eggs, with Rojo Salsa. It took a tad of time to make, as it is all fresh with fresh ingredients. It was cooked with love..... And heart. In the back of the Quick Style Gas Station. Waaaayyyy better than the old, Krispy Kreme, in front. Try this place !!! They are inspired to shine.

Kyra Young Took my daughter on a Mommy and daughter lunch date today. She requested RAW, and let me say that their lunch menu is on point, and the food was absolutely delicious. They had Krab fries as their special and it was everything we expected and even better. I got the Shrimp Tacos which came with a side salad, the salad was so fresh, and the tacos were out of this world. My daughter got their Shoyu Ramen and lets just say they dont skip on the toppings, or its portion size at all and she absolutely loved it. I have never ever had a bad experience here and will continue to be a regular customer.

Edgar Patino I had an incredible dinner at Mosaic and can confidently say this place deserves all five stars. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The staff made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout the entire evening. The appetizers were a standout on their own. The Brussels sprouts were perfectly crispy and flavorful, the Red Curry Tomato Soup was so good that I ended up ordering it twice, and the shishito peppers were fresh, vibrant, and packed with just the right amount of heat. Every starter set the tone for an amazing meal. For the main courses, I ordered the Shrimp Pappardelle and the BGP pizza, and both dishes blew me away. The pasta was rich, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, and the pizza was surprisingly fantastic. As a New Yorker, I have high standards for pizza, and this one absolutely held its own with great crust, balanced toppings, and bold flavors. We also tried a variety of cocktails, each one unique, beautifully presented, and delicious. It is clear the bar program puts real care into crafting creative and high quality drinks. The menu offered a wide range of options, and every plate that came out, from our table and around the room, looked amazing. You can tell this restaurant values quality ingredients and meticulous preparation. Overall, Mosaic delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Great food, great drinks, great people. I will absolutely be returning and recommending it to anyone looking for an elevated and memorable meal.
