5 /5 ASP TUNING DYNAMICS: Where do I begin? The food was delicious to me, it was the expensive wagyu beef. But upon serving it to me, the manager, named Clint, personally didnt like the way it was cooked. It was well done while i requested medium. He immediately forced a refire of my plate, while letting me keep my current plate. Some time went by, and the new one came out, still not to his likings. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He did not charge us for the 2 delicious wagyus because it wasnt to his spec, that is customer service beyond belief. I also have to give a shout out to Clare, our waitress as well. She kept checking on us to make sure we were well satisified. All concluded with complimentary Desserts on the house! We will definitely be going back as we had a great experience. Thanks again guys!
