Trisha Frescas Amazing birthday experience. The food and service is phenomenal. Manager came to greet us and was so welcoming and top notch. Our waitress made us feel special, and provided a salad and dessert on the house on top of what we ordered. A special top tier restaurant!!!!

Chef tells stories of his travel adventures that inspire his food, and it shows in the flavors. 10 courses and cocktails pairings make the experience a true taste adventure. All the staff is great, smiling , courteous and you can tell are hand selected for their roles. The kitchen and front staff all seem to have fun and enjoy working there, which i always admire as a sign of a great resteraunt. We enjoyed the Germany experience with my SIL for her birthday, and they made her feel so special with a hand written birthday note at her arrival and a song with a candle at dessert. I cant wait to go again and experience some other countries flavors.

Anna C I was so happy to learn that Sushi Sam‘s had been resurrected, and dare I say the new location is even more dynamic and interactive due to the large sushi counter where you can watch the chefs. For my money, this is one of the very best sushi places in the US. The service and quality of ingredients remains outstanding. Mid-range prices for top notch sushi. I highly suggest either the omakase or getting the seasonal nigiri based on the waiter’s recommendations. The handrolls, particularly the chili dog, Sam‘s special, and anything with their creamy crab salad is also worth ordering. Maki rolls are also good as are the appetizers, but I believe the skills of the chefs really shine in the nigiri. I had such a good meal during my visit that I officially joined the super fan club and bought a t shirt. I highly recommend this place if you love traditional sushi! Highly suggest calling to reserve. I managed to snag a seat at the bar as a solo diner mid-week.

Nate Crawford We got lucky and had a privacy booth. Made our meal somewhat intimate and I think that added to the ambiance. We started with the candied walnut salad. Definitely recommend it. Perfect balance of sweet and balsamic on a bed of greens. From there we had the stuffed salmon and ribeye! Both were outstanding, but the steak was top 5 ever for me. So full of flavor and cooked perfectly to my desired medium-plus temperature. Of course we saved room for dessert. We did the crème brûlée and followed up with the chocolate box. Never had anything like that before…. Absolutely delectable and could be shared by 4 so consider yourselves warned. Will for sure be back!

el-assaad mohammed (bigmoe) I really loved my experience at Watertable. Yes, there was a bit of a long wait to be served, but honestly, the moment everything arrived, I completely forgot about it. The view is stunning, the waiters are super friendly, and the quality of the food is outstanding. Once the meal started, everything felt perfect — great atmosphere, great service, and dishes that genuinely stand out. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good food with an even better vibe!

M Delv Went recently on a trip and visited this place. The view is mesmerizing, it was my favorite location on this trip. The staff is very attentive and professional. For drink I got a Oaxacan heat and it was delicious. Also ordered some snacks and everything was good. I would definitely go back.
