Toma Restaurant & Bar - (Near Santa Barbara, CA)

Jeff Seamans This place surprised me. The staff was friendly and attentive. They were glad to offer suggestions and we were all very pleased with the food we got. The first day I had tacos, and came back the second day and got a T-bone steak. Unfortunately, I didn’t snag a picture of my main entrees. The photo is from our appetizer, which was Octopus. It was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant. Don’t let the surrounding area scare you away from trying it.

Linen Cannon The tables can be found a bit sticky even when there arent many people there, but the customer service is generally quite good and the food is delicious and portions are robust. I just had one of their daily specials (see photo). I cant remember what the name of it was but its the 3rd or 4th time Ive gotten one of the specials and Ive never been disappointed. The service was also very fast, although I did have the advantage of going in while it was slower, around 5:30pm the week after the last Thursday night market of the year.

James Korin Tried Louies in the 2nd for the first time last week and it was excellent. I sat at the bar had a nice Old Fashioned and a shot of Michters. Both were great. I was recommended the triple smash burger which was super flavorful. Im not a fan of messy burgers and this one fit the bill. Finished off my meal with the highly recommended carrot cake which is definitely shareable. Its not too sweet and was super most. Win win! Highly recommend this place.

Brian We had a really great meal here. Our server Bobby was really attentive to our needs and also helped us pick gluten free options and ensure the kitchen took proper precautions. The food and drinks were delicious, we had the ahi tuna salad, the fish of the day, and the lamb, with sides of mashed potatoes and wild mushrooms. All items were generously portioned. My only complaint really was that the lamb was a bit overcooked for medium rare. I’m sure if I’d said something they would have taken it back but I hate wasting meat. Some of the recent negative reviews I don’t think are accurate, at least for the dinner experience. We have been coming here for years and would definitely return.

David Oppenheimer Wonderful dinner. We had crepes Florentine and pork medallions, and both were excellent. It was like eating in a local restaurant in France. Fresh baguette, nice wine selection, small but delicious desserts, reasonable prices... You cant go wrong eating here

ana louisa Alex S. was great overall with his service! He was really attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was also very good, and his friendliness made the experience even better. Definitely a positive dining experience!
