Lillie McMullen Very cool spot to get some food and a beer after a long couple days hiking and camping. Had a good selection of beers to try with solid variety, the flights get you a lot for a reasonable price. Burgers were good and staff was friendly. The outdoor seating area was nice and had heaters. Lots of outdoors folk and a good atmosphere!

Lauren Breitenbach Cloudripper Bishop is definitely the freshest and most locally sourced food you will get in Bishop. Always delicious and leaves you feeling good! It’s a pop-up food spot at Owen’s Valley Distillery so be sure to check Cloudripper’s instagram to make sure they are there. Generally, they are there Thursday-Saturday.

Nikita MC Chen Charming and authentic eatery. I requested vegetarian taco and they made a mushroom pepper taco which is so fresh and delicious. fresh made fluffy corn and flour tortillas. Kids French toast fully loaded with egg yolk and perfectly browned.the services are very warm and attentive (attention to details). Definitely the best among those few we also tried in Bishop!

Mike Troutman Stopped here as we were checking out the area and were glad we stopped here. Seating is both inside and outside. Service was at the table. The outside area is big and not crowed. We order margaritas, check out the difference in size from regular to larger. The large is massive! We ordered a chicken burrito with green sauce and the taco and enchilada combination. Portions were large and food was great. Very authentic! If you’re in the area highly recommend stopping for a taste of real Mexican food!.

Rex Bell When I stay in Bishop, CA I always eat at The Upper Crust Pizza Bishop. I had Garlic Bread and a 9 inch Rodeo Pizza. Both were very Yummy.

Chen Halley (HC) Authentic and great food! We ordered the mango loco and Piña colada smoothie. Both are freshly made and delicious! The little store also sell packaged snacks which are less interesting though. The space also has two or three small tables if you want to enjoy the food right away. My only complaint is their opening time is very unpredictable. We returned the next day at 5 pm and only found that they closed at 4 pm already!

Mike Troutman Stopped here for the first time after driving by many times. Glad we stopped, got to met the owners and found out the name is a blend on Inyokern and San Diego. This was their two home town merged together. Service was quick and food was outstanding. The owner has one rule. If you act like a “karen” you have to leave. Like watching the cars go by as we sipped our beer and wine and munched on our salsa sampler. We ordered to carnitas on chips and you can tell by the pictures it was as a good as it looked. If you’re headed north out of bishop make sure to stop for some good food. Highly recommend!

nick harris We got the pozole and a chorizo breakfast burrito to share. The Pozole was enough to feed us both and we ended up saving the burrito for later. Both were absolutely Amazing!!

Claire Gambiso It was my first time coming. I got the tacos with beef and rice on the side. The drinks were great and the food was very well seasoned. The atmosphere is very pleasing and the employees were very attendant. Would come again, definitely!

James QP Surprisingly excellent fish quality all the way in the eastern Sierra! I also happened to be there on noodle night and the sambal noodles were quite tasty. The owners are very friendly, being the host and the sushi chef, and the atmosphere is classic and casual. The prices are as expected for this quality of food in a remote city. Highly recommend. My favorite place in Bishop.

ariesta ho What a great stop for a quick dinner. Service was amazing. Food came out quick with a smile. Salsa and sauces were fresh and spot on. We ordered tacos: suadero, lengua, buche and tripa. He gave us extra barbacoa and tripa to share. Good and authentic. Reminds us of street tacos in CDMX.

Parton Barbara “Mark & Barb” Atmosphere, food, service were all top-notch. Great place. Something for everyone. Of course if you like brisket, soups, and sandwiches, gourmet brats, dogs, deli, salads, chili, mac & cheese and of course, scrumptious dessert. Let the pictures tell the story.

A L Worth the extra five minute drive off of the main strip. Super yummy! Great flavors and very sizable portions.
