4 /5 The Verdicts In: On Trial: 4 Rivers Smokehouse Food: The food was good overall, with nice flavors and solid tenderness. The house BBQ sauce stands out with a really pleasant flavor that complements the meat well. The only real downside is the portion size — it could be slightly bigger for the price. Service: Cafeteria-style, up-front counter ordering with self-serve drink machines. There’s no wait staff, but the team behind the counter was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Atmosphere: Large, open-concept space with long communal dining tables. The design is minimal but elevated with some neat fixtures that help it stand out. Very clean, which is always a huge plus. The Verdict: 4 Rivers delivers quality barbecue with good flavor and a clean, well-designed space. While the portions leave a little to be desired, the food and overall experience still make it worth a visit.

5 /5 Monty Lover: This place was different. I thought it was gonna be a sitting down place that has waitresses or waitors come to the table to take your order but you walk up front and they take your order right there. Similar to how youd order inside a fast food place. I will say they have good brisket, their pulled chicken and texas sausage is yum! I enjoyed their BBQ Beans (if you dont like yours sweet you may not like them), the mac & cheese is ooey gooey yum! The only thing I didnt care for was unfortunately their pulled pork. It could have been more pulled than looking more like thick chunks and the flavor just wasnt it for me but, everything else was pretty enjoyable.

5 /5 Kennedy: Very delicious food here! We got four meats and two sides, and all of our bellies were more than full. I feel the portion sizes are very generous. The food was very delicious and flavorful. My personal favorites were the sausage, mac & cheese, and cornbread. The staff was friendly and I like the overall atmosphere the restaurant will definitely be returning again.

3 /5 Jun: We were starving and decided to get something delivered to the resort, and we ended up finding 4 Rivers Smokehouse on DoorDash. I ordered the plate with three meats and two sides, specifically asking for a double order of brisket and pulled pork. Unfortunately, they completely forgot to pack the pulled pork, so I only got to try the brisket. For the sides, I got the potatoes and their upgraded side which was the corn, and they were just okay. First things first, though, the brisket was absolutely amazing and tasted fantastic with their barbecue sauce. They did forget my spicy sauce and only sent the regular BBQ sauce, but honestly, the brisket itself is one of the best Ive ever tasted. I just wish Id actually gotten to try the pulled pork I ordered! For having double Brisket, it’s a little pricier than the amount of brisket you get. If they hadnt forgotten the pulled pork and the sauce I wanted, this would have definitely been a higher rating.

4 /5 Laurie: Visiting from out of state. Typical BBQ place, order when you walk in, pick meat then sides/dessert. I ordered the pulled pork melt. I added mayo and BBQ sauce, it was good and would order it again. Husband and 2 teen boys had ribs and brisket. I tried the ribs, they were okay. Boys said ribs were pretty good. Husband said ribs were alright. Mac and Chz was very good and cheesy potato casserole was excellent!
