Archies British Restaurant - Melbourne

Steven Burke This was my first visit to Archies. We looked for a pet friendly place as we were from out of town and had our dog with us. I tried two of the specials. Scotch eggs and Salisbury Steak. I love Scotch Eggs and these were very good, better than most actually. The Salisbury Steak was pretty good as were the mashed potatoes and fried onions. It normally comes with Green Beans but I dont like them, so I didnt get them. My wife got the Grilled Cheese and Tomato sandwich. She really enjoyed it. The service was very good. I definitely recommend trying this place.

Logan Parking was tight, but thats becuase everyone (including us) was avoiding the valet ones that were plentiful. Once parked, it was easy street from there. We dined outside upstairs so we could enjoy the views and let my little man be himself. The whole table was happy with their food and the service to match. Runners constantly checked on coffee levels and waters stayed full. The food was quick and very well cooked. This place got busier by the minute so I am thankful we got there when we did. Their kid menu hit the spot for my son and was prompt and not seasoned as requested. We will be back

Michelle Woodard Delicious food & even better service for our lunch date!! I picked their lunch special to turn one of the fish platters into a sandwich and it was so juicy & tasty!! My husband got their white fish special of the day and also loved it! We also devoured our fried green tomatoes appetizer. Definitely support local and come try them!

Jessica Coffey For those who spend their lives traversing the globe in search of the perfect bite, the "great" often becomes the enemy of the "exceptional." However, every so often, a venue emerges that doesn’t just meet the standard—it resets it. My first and recent visit to 915 (Nine One Five)in key west was one such rare alignment of the stars. The Artistry on the Plate proved that the chef’s skills werent merely proficient; they were transcendent. In a world of over-complicated decisions, the kitchen here displayed a profound respect for the ingredient, elevated by precision. Every plate was uniform, every emulsion was stable, the work suggested a level of discipline found only in the worlds most elite kitchens. The ambiance managed to achieve the impossible: it felt gracious and grand without being stuffy, and it gave hints of privacy while you were still involved in the hustle and bustle of Duval street. Service can often feel transactional, but here, it was impeccable. The Verdict: For the global traveler who has seen it all, this isnt just a meal—it’s a reminder of why we travel in the first place. It is a seamless fusion of technical mastery and genuine hospitality.

KOJO - Sarasota

Rating: 4.7 /5
Joi Henry I already LOVE Sarasota but this is the place I DREAM of when I am not there. From the food to the service, Kojo has been able to set a welcoming, chic and vibey atmosphere for all ages. We went to celebrate my father-in-laws birthday during the time of New Years. We had the kimchi fried rice, fried chicken bao buns, wasabi Ceasar and a few sushi rolls. The bao buns were soft, slightly spicy and full of flavor. The chicken was moist but crunchy at the same time. When the rice came out, it smelled like a vacation in a cast iron skillet. The egg yolk was runny and it balanced out the spiciness of the dish.Outside of the food, our waitress (I wish I could remember her name) was the most kind and attentive. Our glasses of water were NEVER empty. And when we had dessert to celebrate my father-in-laws birthday she noticed none of us were drinking alcohol that night and instead of champagne to celebrate, she gave us Ginger Ale! I thought that was so thoughtful! Every time I visit Sarasota, Kojo will ALWAYS be on my list!

Adam Zdeb 1 Word amazing. Pancake charcuterie was a cool dish and definitely for at least 2 people. Cuban Benedict was perfection, meat was soft and juicy and the hollandaise had a good tang to it Bloody Mary was fantastic and worth having just for the pickle itself.
