James Carlson Long wait, not a whole lot of smiles from the staff, but MAN its WORTH the MONEY. Im glad I dont live closer, Id need a second job. The pulled pork sammich was awesome. I was worried when I saw a tray of shelf bbq sauce on the table (KC Masterpiece, etc.), but then I saw their own bottles. When the food came, it was ON POINT. Great portions, the greens were fantastic. Id asked for slaw on the sammich, and got mac and cheese (which was also awesome, not just a cheese glob like some places). I will be saving up my appetite and coming up this road instead of I-75 just to stop by this place again! And that aint just some wood in the smoker to draw in customers. Theyre WORKIN that THANG!

Mike DeVries This is one of our favourite breakfast places. We lived in Vero back in the 90s. Every time we visit, we go back for breakfast.

H Labs First time trying this place. We went for breakfast and we not disappointed! The food was excellent, very fair pricing and portion sizes were definitely above average. The atmosphere is fun and comfortable. We look forward to trying more things here when we are back in the area! Server was so attentative and friendly as well!

Kathy Z Food and customer service is always AMAZING 10 out of 10. My favorite is the steak speacial... wow that extra LOVE they give it. Reminds me of my moms and tias cooking. Derek Pollard I have eaten two meals at PeruFresh and will definitely come back for a third...and fourth. For lunch I had the pan con chicharrón. The pork was flavorful, and the balance between the savory of the meat and sweet potato with the acidity of the ensalada criolla was perfect. Came back for dinner with a friend. We split a causa de atún and anticuchos de carne (unfortunately they no longer serve heart, as it wasnt a big seller) as appetizers. Causa was second best I have ever had, bested only by my girlfriends. Anticuchos were extremely well-seasoned and tender, and served with papas a la huancaina, which were delicious (excellent sauce.) We ordered the aji de gallina and the tallarín verde. Both were excellent and plated beautifully. We left stuffed and happy, each with leftovers from our entrées. I will keep coming back for the food (kudos to the chef), the front staff (a wonderful woman, but I think she is often solo, which is tough), and the atmosphere (great music selection playing, including Criolla, at the right volume to be enjoyed without having to yell at the person sitting next to you to be heard). I hope you give them a visit to have a delicious and authentic Peruvian culinary experience, but also to support a great small business that is unique part of downtown Sebring and the area as a whole.
