5 /5 Mondo Monza: My friend and I stopped into the Chili’s on Congress the day before Thanksgiving. We weren’t sure if it would be hectic or quiet, but it ended up being the good kind of busy. Families were having dinner and the whole place had a relaxed pre-holiday feel. We ordered a pretty big mix of food. One of us got the ribeye with shrimp, and the other went for the trio platter with steak, chicken, and shrimp. We also tried a wrap with rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and mayo, plus a beer. Everything came out hot, seasoned well, and cooked exactly how we asked. Portions were generous without being too much. Service was great. Our server was friendly, checked on us at the right times, and kept everything moving smoothly even with the holiday crowd starting to roll in. The vibe was upbeat and family-friendly. They do have a bar, but no one was really sitting there during our visit, which kept the dining area calm. TVs were on in the background but not distracting. Parking was easy, with plenty of spots around the building, so getting in and out wasn’t a hassle at all. Prices felt typical for Chili’s. Bottom line: we would definitely go back. Good food, good service, and an easy, comfortable experience overall.

We ordered a couple draft beers and the Fajita Trio platter, and I’ve got to say—it’s probably one of the best bang-for-your-buck meals out there. You get steak, chicken, and shrimp all sizzling hot, and each one was seasoned perfectly. The steak was tender, the shrimp tasted fresh off the grill, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. It didn’⁹t feel like they skimped on anything. The cup of black beans on the side was surprisingly hearty and satisfying—didn’t expect to enjoy it that much, but it totally rounded out the plate. Making the fajita wraps was actually kind of fun too. The tortillas were fresh, soft, and warm, which made a big difference. Rice was fluffy, tasted right. Everything just came together really well flavor-wise. But what really took this visit over the top was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and attentive. Assigned to our table was Joana, awesome young lady, she checked in at the right times, made sure drinks stayed full, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. It made the whole dining experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. If youre looking for a solid meal with generous portions, fresh ingredients, and awesome service, this Chili’s location is absolutely worth the stop. I’ll definitely be back soon.

5 /5 Safdar Nizam: I visited Chili’s and tried the Molten Chocolate Lava Cake and the mozzarella sticks, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff truly went above and beyond. Before going in, I called to make a reservation and asked if they could prepare the mozzarella sticks in fresh oil due to my religious restrictions. They were respectful, understanding, and immediately assured me they could accommodate. When I arrived, they followed through exactly as promised, which really impressed me and made me feel valued as a customer. The service overall was warm, attentive, and efficient. We were greeted right away, seated on time, and the server checked in just the right amount, making sure everything was going well without being overbearing. The food arrived quickly, hot, and very fresh. The ambience was great as well — clean dining area, comfortable seating, and a pleasant atmosphere that felt welcoming and relaxed. The mozzarella sticks were outstanding. They were crispy on the outside with a perfectly melted, stretchy cheese center. You could clearly taste the difference from using fresh oil, as they tasted clean, light, and not greasy at all. The marinara sauce had a nice bright flavor that paired perfectly with each bite. The Molten Chocolate Lava Cake was absolutely delicious and definitely a highlight. The warm cake with a rich, gooey chocolate center and the creamy vanilla ice cream on top created the perfect balance of warm and cold, rich and smooth. The texture and flavor were both perfect, and it was served promptly, so everything tasted fresh and at its best. Overall, everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere was excellent. The staff’s effort to respect my dietary needs meant a lot, and the food itself really exceeded expectations. I would give this experience a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend this location, especially if you’re looking for great flavor, quality service, and a welcoming environment.

5 /5 Michael Koch: I had a great experience dining at the Chili’s in Boynton Beach. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of parking, which made getting in and out really easy. The food was delicious, and my cocktail was mixed perfectly. Everyone on the staff seemed friendly and on top of things, but I have to give special mention to my server, Amanda. She was fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right from start to finish. It’s clear she really cares about her guests and enjoys what she does. Overall, I left impressed and satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family!
