4 /5 Rick Cruz: We had a great experience at First Watch on Congress in Boynton Beach. Everything we ordered came out fresh and flavorful. The shrimp and grits were creamy and well-seasoned with just the right amount of spice. The strawberry tres leches French toast was a sweet, soft, and beautifully presented. The blueberry lemon cornbread had a nice balance of tart and sweet but did not look like the one advertised, and the farmhouse hash was hearty and satisfying. Service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely a solid spot for brunch.

1 /5 Victoria Amor: This visit was my second attempt at this location, and unfortunately, the service and food quality were significantly below standard, raising serious concerns regarding basic health, safety, and hygiene protocols. The following specific issues were encountered: Hygiene Concerns & Beverage Issues: Filthy Water Service: The pitcher of water and the accompanying cup provided to me contained a significant amount of white, floating residue/gunk. Substandard Drinks: My husbands Cinnamon Toast Cereal Milk drink was noticeably watered down, and my decaf coffee was only half full, contrary to the menu presentation. Food Quality and Preparation Issues: Cold and Incorrectly Prepared Meal: My Monterey Club sandwich was served cold and untoasted. The accompanying broccoli soup had thick, unidentifiable clumps and was inedible. Unsafe & Inedible Food Item: My husband ordered the Double Bacon Parmesan Skillet. He began choking on his first bite and discovered that the dish contained old, hard, and inedible home fries. This constitutes a significant safety hazard. Management Interaction: We requested to speak with a manager, identified as "Sunny," to address these serious concerns. His demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. When my husband explained the choking incident and the condition of the home fries, Manager Sunny responded with a giggle and stated, "mistakes happen," without offering an apology. I showed him the dirty water pitcher and pointed out the various food issues. His proposed resolution was to "do us the favor" of comping the check. When I explained that compensation was not the primary issue but rather the failure to provide clean dishes and edible food, he was dismissive. Upon requesting the corporate contact number, he refused to provide it, stating that corporate would simply relay the same information he was providing. He also questioned why we would return to the location if we had a prior bad experience, rather than addressing the current situation constructively. The interaction with Manager Sunny was unproductive, unprofessional, and left both my husband and me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Due to the lack of hygiene standards, the unsafe food, and the incompetent management response, we chose to leave the establishment without eating. I hope this detailed account prompts a review of this location’s practices and management training.

1 /5 Michelle Brazeau: On 3 occasions I ordered the kids waffle with bacon and fruits meal online EXCEPT everytime I come pick up my order, the staff decides to completely omit the fruits as advertised in their photo. What a misrepresentation and bad service! To add further insult to injury, I wait for them to add on the missing fruits and they bring me a small container with 2 grapes and 2 blueberries in it! Cheap! Certainly wont tip them ever and at this point Im boycotting your restaurant, at least your location.
