5 /5 Rocio Juarez: Enjoyed the poke bowl with crab meat. The spicy ramen was good but a little smoky for my liking, but the soup was delicious, the egg was in point and the pork was good! Will be coming back to taste the rest of the menu for sure. Good service!!!

5 /5 Michelles Journeys: My first time here was a great experience. I got a Tonkotsu ramen. The hostess said that the recipe was adopted from Japan and takes 12 hours to prepare. The flavor is complex, yet so comforting. The pork is perfectly marinated and has a beautiful char on it. Each bite was so enjoyable. My husband got the “build your own” poke bowl. The bowl was so good to him, that I didn’t even get a picture. This place has taken the time to make each item a work of art. The prices are beyond reasonable, especially when it’s an elevated experience. They have lunch specials 11am-3pm Monday - Friday if you want to try things at a discount. This place is worth trying!

5 /5 Erica Chiarelli: Food and drinks (I got spicy curry chicken ramen and Taro bubble tea) were SO DELICIOUS. There was a little bit of a wait, but understandably, they make everything to request. The woman working and serving tables was really helpful and kind. We will 100% be back!

1 /5 Alexander Sydney (Sydd): I had a terrible experience here. I will say this first: the server herself was nice, and I enjoyed sitting in the restaurant. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The food took around 40 minutes, and that was just for the spring rolls. When the ramen finally came out, I was excited.. until I smelled it. The grilled chicken ramen had an instant odor I’ve never experienced before, and the taste was bitter. The smell was comparable to wet dog or wet quarters (both, honestly). I’ve had ramen all over the country: Las Vegas, Orlando, New York .. and never has ramen smelled or tasted like that. When I explained this to the server, she responded with “I know” and brought another woman over. Instead of addressing the issue, the other woman questioned me about where I’ve eaten ramen before, as if my experience was the problem. That was extremely off-putting. Then she said it might be the bamboo shoots—why would you knowingly include something that causes that smell? After that, she said it was the broth. Again… why? She insisted she gets “the most compliments” on that chicken ramen.. it looked so good so full of promise. The taro milk tea also didn’t taste like any taro milk tea I’ve ever had. Overall, I didn’t enjoy the food at all. One star from me. And honestly, nothing newly built in Ocala seems to last very long anyway .. so enjoy it while it lasts.
