House Italian Cuisine - (Near Jacksonville, FL)

Yuri Vantowski I heard about this hidden gem through a family member and wanted to give it a try. The craft cocktails are amazing and the bartenders can make anything off menu that you want as well. After numerous visits to grab a drink and catch the vibe of the spot I decided to try the food. I got the grilled frisee, the burger, mac&cheese, and the fries twice. The fries are amazing and a great snack for late night food. The burger was good, but I wish there was more toppings like lettuce, tomato, etc. the grilled frisee pork belly was perfectly cooked and a nice balance to the refreshing greens and egg. David Renner The classic American diner experience. Friendly staff, good coffee, and delicious food at a reasonable price. Just a 4 minute walk from the Hilton hotel and a way better value if you’re staying there.

Buffy Wernz Everything was Amazing! We loved this place! Portions are very big! We will have another meal for tomorrow’s lunch from our leftovers. We made reservations online. We were able to go an hour later. And we were immediately sat when we arrived. Service was impeccable! Everyone was so friendly. The owners are there working which I like. Mike (I think was his name) was seating people and working the front with the staff, and his father does the cooking he said. We will definitely be returning!

Julie Rutledge We recently returned to The Putnam Lodge for dinner and it did not disappoint. After enjoying a cocktail at the bar we were escorted to our table. The calamari and escargot appetizers hit the spot before we delighted in our delicious entrees. The service was efficient and friendly. We’ll be back!

Evelyn D My family and I came here for my Moms birthday during our holiday vacation and absolutely had an amazing time for our first visit. Ambiance was perfection, music not too loud so we could hear each other and chat. I cant remember our server name but she was absolutely amazing taking care of 7 of us and all our questions, she went so above and beyond for EVERYTHING. Food recommendations, service, etc. She had the best choices for food and coconut flan dessert was fantastic for us to enjoy and it was all delicious. We had the tuna tarteras appetizer, ceviche, octopus, causa de cangrejo were all to die for! The Pisco sour and sangria were delish, for entrees lomo saltado, pescado a lo macho, grilled sea bass with quinoa and black sauce, and tortellini and steak were all on point! We will definitely be back again. Thank you!
