Becky Surprisingly healthy options. Not much to look at but it’s perfect for inside the museum. Playground next to it was a big hit. Recommend for lunch if you are there.

Devyn Kohl We LOVE Reservoir! We have been twice with large groups and it’s been awesome. The outdoor area is fenced in and perfect for the kids to play while you can enjoy great food, drinks, and wonderful service. Jazz has been our server both times and she is top notch, attentive and prompt! The owners are super sweet and present, checking in throughout our evening too. Highly recommend!!

Lisa Waite What a delightful restaurant! We were so pleasantly surprised! We asked for a restaurant recommendation from our hotel and they suggested the Primary Tavern. It was close by so that was a plus, but even if we had to drive farther, this place would still be high on my list! The service was flawless! The food was all freshly made with high quality ingredients, perfectly seasoned and served piping hot! The breads were mouthwatering! The atmosphere was elegant and with black and white tablecloths, lighted centerpieces, lovely decor, cheerful music and very comfortable seating. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner, but Im sure breakfast and lunch here would be every bit as delightful!

Flizbap Since this place is only a mile from me and had great reviews figured Id give it a shot. Was rapidly sat at the bar by the extra friendly and warm staff. Tried their house old fashioned first, which is fat washed with brown butter, and was immediately impressed. The fat washing made a world of difference, and this may have been one of the top old fashions Ive ever had, if not the outright best, and at only 15 bucks, is really reasonably the priced. Next up I ordered a pine barrens, and was again taken aback with how good this simple cocktail was. It took all the strength I had not to down it immediately. It was unique flavorful and strong. And also very reasonably priced. If your cocktail person and you stop here, this is a must try. Lastly I had their wedge salad that didnt skimp on the dressing or the toppings. I know its hard really to give high marks to a salad, but this was fresh, tasty, and a great value. I know its a little bit out of the way, but my highest recommendations to this place. I need to stop by again and try a couple more drinks and dishes, I was incredibly impressed by all of it.

Falyn Erwig My husband and I just tied the knot sept 27th 2025. This was the most magical amazing day I could have asked for. Fran my wedding coordinator was amazing and made sure I didnt miss any details. We stayed at the villas on the premises, and it was more than we could have dreamed. Thank you southern hill plantation club!!!!

Nate H Fantastic place!! I make sure to stop here each visit. Very, very, very good barbecue with some great sides and great people running the place. Do yourself a favor, and go.
